This company has come through twice for me in 5 years. The first time (5 yrs ago) it was a roof leak / ceiling collapse, the second time (March/April) a leak from a wood gutter rotted the entire south wall. They did excellent work and accomplished it in only a few weeks. Their work with an outside contractor to create and install seamless aluminum gutters was the final addition.They assigned a project coordinator to my reconstruction that I could contact when I had questions about the work or it’s progress. They were friendly, did top notch work and their fees were reasonable. I will always call them first in an emergency repair situation.

I highly recommend New Life Service Company. I called them after hours (at night) in an emergency situation (sewage cleanup), and Mark from New Life Service Company was on the scene at my house within the hour. Mark from New Life Service Company brought order to disorder, and peace to a stressful situation. He arrived at the drop of a hat and had the job completed in under an hour. I have only good things to say: professional, confident, outstanding communications skills. When you look up “perfect” in the dictionary, you’ll find Mark from New Life Service Company as the first definition.

New Life Services just completed a job on my house; I had exterior water damage around 2 large windows that had spread beneath the siding. I was nervous at first because I wasn’t sure how bad the water damage was or how big of a project it would turn out to be. Thankfully, they put my nerves at ease, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and did great work. I’m so happy with their level of communication and quality of work that I’m going to use them for any house projects that pop up in the future.

New Life did excellent work for us on our home. They followed through and made sure that everything was just right, making sure that every aspect of the job met our expectations and that we were 100% satisfied. They did mitigation and clean up work after our house experienced severe water damage, and then, they also did the rebuild work on our house. They made everything look just like new, and I would recommend them to anyone needing water mitigation and/or rebuild work.

They came in and started work.after 2 hours they packed up and left and left all their equip…work is still not done.
