I have been working with Tom at San Diego Flood Restorations on a monthly basis for the past 4 years. I met very few people like him who make sure to always take care of their customers, while treating everyone else on the project like family, from employees to subcontractors. It is rare to never have a bad experience with a contractor in such a long time, but Tom has somehow been able to do it, through his customer service, honesty, and commitment.

We used SDFR as one our preferred vendors for properties we manage throughout San Diego County. What I appreciate the most working with them is their transparency, quick action, and attention to details. They are ethical and very honest. We have used SDFR on several occasions when we have had rental units we manage suffer some kind of water damage. Tom has been very responsive and attentive in getting to the job site as quickly as possible and then communicating with everyone involved so that everyone has their expectation set appropriately. Tom will coordinate with tenants and owners if necessary to insure the job is done right and on time. Living in a time where many have forgotten the art of Customer Service, it is refreshing to deal with someone who keeps it at the forefront of their business.

I have to tell you Tom is the most caring and quality detailed person I have ever met. He does an absolutely perfect job every time. Please know he will be with you every step of the way and really knows his craft.
