Clean Earth did a fabulous job of demolishing and then rebuilding my deck! The technicians, Juan and Joe, were professional, experienced and helpful. (They moved much of my deck furniture that was too heavy for me to lift.) Ricardo, the superintendent, kept me apprised of work plans and was responsive to all my questions. Overall, they did an excellent job!

We had a leak and water damage in our bathroom. I called Clean Earth and they response very quickly. Especially big thank you to Jon and Jeff put extra time and effort to help us solve the problem. Things won’t be this smooth without their support. Really appreciate it!!

Ricardo took over a project from another team that didn’t do the window flashing correctly. Ricardo explained to me in detail the process involved and was proactive in addressing any questions or issues I had. He communicated with me consistently and even late in the evenings to keep me updated on the repair progress. He’s very detail-oriented and has a strong QC mentality. Highly recommend him—I wish everyone could have his work ethic and patience!

Clean Earth Restorations came recommended by my insurance company. The day I reported my claim they came out within an hour or so and dealt with my water leak. The mitigation team was phenominal. I was thoroughly impressed. I also used Clean Earth for my reconstruction and am so happy I did. The results are fantastic. I want to especially thank Shawn Diebel who prepared my estimate, and Thomas Castillo who managed my job. I still feel overwhelmed and humbled by the excellent/personable service I recieved…from ALL of them. Literally EVERY single individual who assisted me was courteous, knowledgeable, informative, patient and highly skilled. Thank you to Janet in accounting who kept track of it all and sent me this link. Sending all of you major heartfelt grattitude! Thomas Castillo and his team were top notch! I called in Clean Earth Restorations to take over a flooding repair and reflooring job started by another company. Once Thomas and Clean Earth Restorations took over, progress on the repairs to my flood damaged home picked up pace and I very quickly felt assured that my home repair would be in good hands. I’m very satisfied with the way everything turned out. Great job, guys!

We had a terrible time with Clean Earth. We had high hopes as we have exceptional insurance that recommended we use them. We also had amazing contractors on the past two jobs that we had done in our home. Unfortunately, this experience was anything but great. The pack in/pack out folks were amazing as were the people who came and did the final touch-ups at the end. However, the plumbers filled our house with gas the SECOND time they were called just to hook up the washer and dryer, and the flooring people were impossible to get in touch with, listened to nothing we asked for, and were unbelievably slow… often having only one extremely slow person there at a time even though we had stressed that we had a hard deadline everything needed to be done by. The most difficult part of this job, though, was our project manager. He was terrible with communication and often condescending and dismissive. Since communication was primarily over text and it can be hard to tell true motives or nuances in intent over text, I tried to talk to him in person about some of the problems we’d been experiencing. We barely started our conversation when he walked out because he didn’t like what I had to say. Unreal! I’ve never dealt with someone so unprofessional. This was a difficult time in our lives for many more reasons than just the slab leak and damage from it that needed to be fixed. I can say without question that Clean Earth contributed to making that difficult time far, far more challenging than it needed to be.

Clean Earth is by far one of the best restoration companies out there in San Diego….I highly recommend this company!!! I have tried several restoration companies and I have never had any issues with this company:-)

Clean Earth Restorations is great! All work done as agreed or even better. Friendly staff from top to bottom. From the moment I contacted Clean Earth to the completion of the job an awesome experience! Will definitely use them again when I need any of the many services they offer.

they must be understaffed because they are dragging their feet. my bathroom walls were saturated from a leak upstairs and contained asbestos. Both my family and my property manager are annoyed with them. They only ever act when we call them and ask them to move on to the next step. If we never called and nagged them (and corrected them on their misinformation), I wouldn’t have had a toilet for at least a month. Took an angry phone call to order them to stop what they’re doing that day and send a guy here to do it on the day they first told me it would be done. Tried to get out of it by saying it isn’t their job! Now I’m still waiting 3 weeks later to put new drywall and my sink back in the bathroom. It is not my job to tell you to do your job! update a year later: more bathroom work and their poor communication hasn’t improved. They tell you they’ll be at your house on xyz day, then on that day you don’t hear anything from them. When you call them, you get an outsourced answering service who doesn’t know who you are or what’s going on in your home and they can’t transfer you to real employees. I don’t know how many days they’re going to leave me without a toilet but they led me to believe just half a day. Understaffed or too many simultaneous jobs.
