I cannot say anything less than absolute positive things about Chris and Jill from Integrity Restoration. I manage a property out in Sherman Oaks that had an emergency leak that lead to mold findings. When I contacted them, their response time, customer care, and education on the matter was amazing. They were able to provide us with all the info clearly with a detailed plan of action. When the job began, I received daily updates on the progress and calls if there were more issues found. The job finished sooner than the proposed time frame and everything was fully remediated at then end. This is a company I will for sure utilize in the future whenever I run into another of these circumstances.

Worst service ever. This company is no go. They came to my a property I own and ruined it. There construction look like kids did the work. Very unprofessional, rude workers and management. These guys using foul language inside my tenants home. This has to be by far the worst experience and service around.

They were totally professional and extremely knowledgeable about handling the insurance companies. Everything that they did from start To finish was A+++. When dealing with flooded areas and problems with fire, it is very stressful. Chris (the owner) will walk you through it and make you feel comfortable again! Integrity has helped out a lot of homeowners here in Silverado Canyon, California. I would just like to say thank you from all of us!

Integrity is the absolute best!! I regularly use them as my restoration company for any major flooding and their response time is the best! I called them on Memorial day at 8:30pm and they had a full team assisting me with-in the hour. They are amazing at documenting and provide wonderful customer service! Thank you Chris and Jill (and all of their amazing employees)!

Integrity Restoration offers friendly professional service with great attention to detail and quality. They were able to accommodate us on a needed quick service date. Our carpets are 11 years old and look brand new, they were even able to get out a stain that we didn’t think was possible. We will remain loyal customers and thank them for a job well done!

I’ve lived in Irvine over 20 years and have had my carpet cleaned numerous times to say the least. It would be impossible for any company to do work as well as they do. Ray cleaned my carpet and his work is absolutely impeccable. Price is more than fair as well. Will never shop around or ever consider anyone else. These guys are the best without a doubt! Also was not aware they did natural stone as I will be calling them to see if they can do my travertine. Phil B
