I worked with Carlos after rain caused water damage in our downstairs bedroom. It was a nightmare as our insurance company was refusing to cover several thousand dollars of needed repairs. Carlos was wonderfully helpful with this. He took over 90% of the communication with the insurance company and we eventually got them to pay $22k when they initially only agreed to cover $4k. He is well-versed in the process and helped ensure we got the coverage that we paid for. He was also quite competent in water damage and prevention. I spoke with several companies before him and they did not want to help with my water intrusion issue. Carlos came in ready to help. I even hired an outside expert to make sure our plan of action was sufficient and he agreed with everything Carlos suggested. When it came to reconstruction, it was well done and in the timeframe Carlos gave us. I would definitely recommend using this company.

The team here is remarkable. If you have an emergency, they will work tirelessly to ensure that you have your home restored to it’s original state in no time. My dishwasher waterline burst flooding my entire bottom floor. A lot of my property was damage beyond repair. I called Got Damage after my neighbors house caught fired damaging a portion of our fence and side of our hime and roof. They came in early the next morning to help clean up after the mess and worked hand on hand with my insurance company and facilitated the process and alleviated a lot of stress. Carlos was great to work and highly recommend them for their professionalism and knowledge. The working crew was very respectful and hard workers.
