ServPro of Chula Vista, they did an awesome job on the entire house. After the flood of January 22, 2024 our entire house was totally flooded due to the storm drains not being maintained and the heavy rain added to the problem. Called Martin Aguilera Jr from ServPro and he was here on the same day to access the house and damage. After a bunch of awesome friends and family members came to help us clear out the house. On day 4, the ServPro worker’s were here to do demo work and the worker’s from Vert and Central Valley Environmental (CVE) were here to do the remediation and mole contamination and after 2 1/2 weeks of decontamination of the house, the ServPro crew worked on reconstruction of our house. Their crew was very organized, one crew came in, they did their portion and the next crew followed. Martin Sr. came often to make sure the work was moving as scheduled. After 3 months almost to the day, we moved back into a brand new house. We highly recommend ServPro of Chula Vista to work on any project that’s needed for your house. As a professional plumber for the past 30 plus years I personally had seen lots of water damage in many if my clients homes and I always refer my clients to “SERVPRO” And finally after all these years it was my turn, I had water damage on my property. Without hesitation I knew which remediation company I was going to call, SERVPRO!! Julio and his crew where very professional. They came out and checked for water damage and mold. They had to remove the laminated flooring because it had water underneath and they had to remove part of the kitchen cabinets and part of the wall since they too had water damage. After Julio and his crew cleared the mess and dried the flooring before setting up their equipment. I’m just glad I knew who to call for a stress free home remediation. Thank you Julio and Servpro ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Technicians did not seal the containment for over an hour continuously while remediating mold damage after I asked them to please be more mindful considering I have severe allergies and that is what the containment is in place for. They continued to not listen and left the containment open for extended periods of time after being informed. Their negligence caused me damages and triggered severe health conditions. Scheduling is very pushy and not flexible on availability with customers and demand to come over first thing in the morning on multiple occasions after I let them know this does not work for me and refused to ask what we could compromise on…multiple times! I have been told a supervisor would reach out on multiple occasions and I still have heard nothing. Also – they leave you alone with workers that speak zero English. This is not helpful at all!

OMG…This Company & Crew is Absolutely the WROST!!! I repeat DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY WITH THIS CREW! DID I MENTION THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY THE WROST! Their manager Martin never reached back out about the unfinished job but when they wanted to get paid he was all on top of things. So long story short we had water damage In August 2023 in my son bathroom that flooded our whole top floor. During the pack out in August they packed my security camera ( who does that) and now they can’t find it, broke my son items, said they would replace it were in December it never happened. They unplugged my washer and gas dryer and never reinstall it! October 2023 they bring our household goods back into our home causing me to pay out of my own pocket to reinstall the washer and dryer they did do that the insurance company paid them for and they refused to do It. They also just place my tv back on the wall and lost the cords to my TV so now I’m not able to watch it…smh Now that we’re home for the holidays were going through the boxes just to find out that they put back the old wet molded items from the bathroom and pack them in a box in my son room…smh I reached out to the company several times to resolve the issues and it took them days to even get back to me. Not answering my texts, phone calls and slow to reply with emails After USAA paid them for a very sloppy job that they didn’t fully complete! This was a very stressful time for my family and I and allowing 10 plus people in my home to pack and unpack our things just to be misplaced, lose and break things or not even make it back to my home was horrible. Please reconsider using this company find someone who cares about your personal items and your home!!! ** Should Be Able To Receive NO STARS!!** Latasha Fennell

We discovered a leak under our refrigerator that permeated to several areas in our kitchen creating mold. Our insurance company refused to pay. Having this unexpected issue required us to have a water and mold specialist dry out and/or remove any evident mold in walls, cabinetry and flooring. We endured a week of loud blowers that generated a lot of heat. Our kitchen areas was in disarray. It was a very stressful experience and an expense that fully came out of our pocket. The only great thing to come out of all of this was the company we hired called Servpro. Julio has been outstanding throughout this entire ordeal. Always in touch with me to explain what’s going on and check the progress of moisture removal. Very careful and respectful of our home in how he arranged equipment. Other workers did a great job in sealing off the affected areas and moving things around as needed. It was a very stressful time made so much better knowing we had a professional, trustworthy company in charge of this project.

Kitchen leak and ServPro was extremely attentive and professional. The team was diligent and hard working. Martin contacted us with daily updates and kept us in the loop every step of the way! Leaks are terrible but ServPro CV was outstanding.
