Super great work!!! Is the owner straight to the point yes.. does he get the job done right YES! I rather hire someone with the skillet, brains and years of experience to get the job done RIGHT than to hire a super jolly customer service rep, I need honesty and the best professional advice for my home and business to fix and prevent further damage or god forbid mold crisis

James came to give an estimate to my landlord and was simply rude since the start. Keep saying he has so many years of experience but failed to see clear water stains on the walls. Even tried arguing with me that there was no point in testing every single place till i showed him the stains. On his report said a clothes line inside my room was the cause of mold when he never asked if we used it for clothes (we dont we use it as a room divider with a curtain). He said the clothes line was the cuase of damaging the apartment not the water leaks or the lack of ventalation. Not very professional in my opinion.
