I just moved into my new home in January.. I started getting bad flare ups, I was born with psoriasis.. Chris was so nice, he came right away to do a inspection.. The air quality of my house wasn’t the best and it was worse under the house.. There had been a leak when we moved in.. Chris recommended a fogging since there was no visible mold.. It has been been like two weeks and every day I’m getting better and better.. I’m finally feeling some real and my flare ups are going away.. No one else believed me when I said I know that something in my house was making sick.. He was so professional and kind.. He let me know what he was doing and using every step of the way.. I would 100% recommend him and I will 100% use him again if needed.. He even checked on me to see how I was doing.. He cares about his customers and did a great job..

Chris tested for mold and found I didn’t have a problem. I would feel comfortable using this firm for any problems in the future.

My wife and I had a great experience with this company. We recently bought a condo that had mold. I contacted several companies for estimates and Cleans & Honest offered me a fair and affordable price for mold remediation. Christ was very kind and I had no issues communicating with him. He kept us updated while he was working on the property. He even found more damage and he remediated without charging us more than the estimate. We are very happy with the job he did. Also, he is very fast with his services. I had issues with other companies just to give me an estimate. Christ sent me the estimate 1 business day after he inspected the property. In addition, he met the deadlines on completing the mold remediation on the agreed date.

Chris was extremely helpful when we discovered our dishwasher had been leaking into our subfloor. He gave his assessment of what should be done and gave us a very reasonable quote. He also gave us guidance about do-it-yourself options if we wanted to save money and tackle some of the job ourselves. We decided to do some of the work ourselves and hire Chris for other parts. He was prompt, organized, and professional. We hope we don’t need his services again, but if we do Chris will be our first call.

I called this place because of the great reviews. Chris said he would call me for an appointment but did not, so I called him. He then said he would call me on Monday to schedule an inspection for Tuesday, but none of that happened. I’m bummed because Chris sounds like a nice guy and I was looking forward to having the mold treated by his company.

“Clean and honest” is a correct statement when it comes to Chris and Clean And Honest Restoration. Not only was Chris honest and fair with his bid, he also did not back down from a smaller mold remediation job in our crawl space. Besides from doing a great job, he discovered a leak in our crawl space and took the time to identify and photograph it for our plumber to deal with. He went above and beyond the call of duty and we can highly recommend Chris /Clean And Honest Restoration.

We recently found mold in the closet behind our master bathroom. I contacted a few vendors for a damage assessment and quote via Yelp. Chris responded quickly and stopped by to carefully examine the affected area. He explained to me how the mold occurred, what he would do to remediate the situation and gave me a very reasonable quote (another quote I received from a different vendor was more than double of Chris’ quote!) so it was a no-brainer and Chris began his work the following week. Overall we were very pleased with Chris’ work. He and his team were honest (true to their name), punctual, professional, and efficient (they really know the stuff well). Chris took some before and after pictures of the affected area during the remediation and shared with me which was nice. At the end of the remediation, Chris even went down to our crawl space and put on the anti-fungal paint for us. That was really awesome! If I have to deal with another mold situation in the future, Chris is the one I’ll call for sure.
