I want the rating to be ZERO! but Rick picked it up and filled in for one of his partner who dropped the ball. I used Superior Restoration services once before in 2017 and was pleased, the total cost was over 6’s figures. This time around was a small $10K+ services, not knowing that prior, one of their representatives promised the world while I was making my decision on which restoration companies to go with. The fact that mid way when I needed them most to be with the insurance adjuster per our initial discussion at the job site, this rep flakes on me, saying that he was called to another job (maybe 10x larger?) regardless, warm transfers me to another person would be ideal. No! Left me dry, I had to asked one of their foreman stays back and meet the insurance adjuster when he was only there picking up his equipment. To make the matters worse, not sure if the insurance will accept the claim, they transfer my invoice to their collection department after 2 weeks of completing the first drying phase, the girl in this department acted like I am not going to pay them regardless of my timeline explanation while waiting for insurance to pay out the claim. Also, there were some line items on the quotes that got nothing to do or near the areas of initials damage to increase the total bills. Just get all promises in writing before proceed.

The worst experience last 35 years. They are liars. fraudsters and thieves. Thanks. my insurance. They have invaded my house. They have deceived and stoled from me. They have never finished anything.

The service Superior Restoration provided my family was well above my expectations. They treated me like family and continually reassured me that they would make me as comfortable as possible during the entire process, start to finish, as stress free as possible. They went above and beyond to return my house in better condition than it was to start with. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. My opinions and feelings were valued and appreciated. Professional, respectful, knowledgeable, compassionate, timely are just a few ways I can describe this company and their employees. 10/10 isn’t enough to give to this overly qualified company.

We experienced a very stressful situation when our condo was flooded, causing extensive damage. Superior Restoration saved the day for us from the moment the mitigation team arrived until the final restoration was completed. Their professionalism, dependability, expertise, kindness and cleanliness were so appreciated. The name is fitting. Superior Restoration is truly a superior company with superior employees. It has been a pleasure to work with them!

They were very professional and came out immediately when we had water damage from a broken pipe in our downstairs bathroom. The repair work looks great as if it never happened!

They came promptly, checked it out, set up the dehumidifier and the 2 blowers and left. Over the weekend I checked out the moisture readings, and accelerated the the moisture removal with a couple of focused space heater blowers. I called them on the third day to come out and pickup their equipment; they did so promptly the following morning. After receiving my invoice from them, I discussed the charges with Rich who explained the various items. We reached a mutually agreeable figure which I promptly paid via their online payment processor, Quickbooks.

I had a roof leak and even though it was minor they came immediately and checked on the progress throughout. Absolutely fantastic company.

We had a water pipe break in our attic and wiped out our Master Bathroom. Superior Restoration came out quickly and set up drying out the walls of our bathroom the second day. Then changed up to larger dryers and we were able to save gutting the entire bathroom down. Very professional, on-time, good value for the work that was done. I would recommend them for any water issues you have.
