Drypro charged my insurance company $16,000 to dry my 8×7 tiny kitchen. My contractor who came in after Drypro said he would have charged me between $3600 and $4600. I’m lucky I had enough coverage to repair my kitchen after dry pro took SIXTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS to dry my tiny condo kitchen. WHAT A CON ARTIST!

I discovered that my back door had been leaking and letting water in under the floor. The water had saturated the hardwood floors and parts of the walls. I contacted Drypro and within hours, they were here to assess the damage. The Drypro team provided clear communication throughout the process and did a fantastic job cleaning out all of the mold and damaged materials. I highly recommend their services.

Bentley came out an did a free estimation at our newly purchased house. He took the time to evaluate and in the ned he decided it wasn’t worth doing a full remediation. He took the time to show us around and gave us tips to kill what we saw and prevent future mold. He armed us with the knowledge and piece of mind to tackle the project ourselves and we are forever grateful! He even gave us the names of some recommended air samplers in Eugene too. If anything ever comes back or we have future issues, I will never call another company. 6 out of 5 stars!

We reached out to Art to fix a mold situation in our property. He was extremely prompt in acting to fix the situation. He was very helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable as well. I would highly recommend him.

They did amazing work quick, clean ,respectful. Put me at ease while explaining the whole process from start to finish. What I appreciate most is he didn’t hold back on the Bad news in order to get me to hire them then break it to me. Rather he was honest and helped me digest the bad news while coming up with different solutions and avenues we can do that will facilitate the same goal we wanted to achieve. They kept on contact with me all along the way. So in order to give an accurate review at the end of my experience I played the role of the crazy client. Just once to help y’all right. Good news ids I did mot get yelled back at rather very gently art explain the situation I was upset about so I understood it better and able to accept it. Any company could be a good company when everything is great but it’s when things are starting to get messy and clients get upset is really the time to test I was gently talked off the emotional edge and guided back into sanity with my dignity ok. That is a great company inmy experience

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and was referred to Drypro. Within minutes I got a call from Art who asked questions and I sent him photos so he could see what was going on. He was able to make arrangements to come out the next morning. He was friendly and courteous and was able to fix the problem without having to demolish my kitchen counter and cabinets! So grateful and appreciative!
