I met this guy during one of his marketing routes and I have to say I was very impressed by the knowledgeable information he shared with my colleagues and I and well represented his company with detailed points. FYI he left us with flyers and information to contact if needed, and we proudly made copies and passed them around our facilities because the impression he left is the reality people need. And if we need assistance we will be contacting Lawton Restoration.

A Lifesaver for Our Home and Family! This is my second review of Lawton Construction & Restoration Inc., but this time, it’s about the construction and restoration side of the company. We had the pleasure of working with Project Manager Joel Oceguera. From the very first consultation, it was clear that we were in the hands of experts who cared deeply about our situation. I would like to post a review and thank Demarkus and his manager Ellis for helping my grandmother. She got caught in a situation where she needed restoration services and called out Lawton to help. They were unable to help themselves because of the procedure with insurance and HOA got a little complicated. Demarkus and Ellis stayed in contact the entire process updating my grandmother and checking in on her situation. Her HOA got involved and Lawton hands were tied. After receiving news that they couldn’t assist my grandmother they could have easily left the situation alone. But they stayed in contact with her and coached her through what was happening and everything turned out as they said it would. Although they didn’t get the job, they still were kind enough to make sure that she understood the process and she was really excited about this company. Because the genuine concern about her well being was overwhelming and I really wanna thank those guys. I can see that this company have a lot of integrity about themselves and the customer service was outstanding. Thank you Lawton

I would like to extend this five star review to Lawton Contruction & Restoration. I met this guy Demarkus on one of his marketing routes and he was so full of energy. Very easy to talk to and I had questions about my flooring and additional problems around the house and he had an answer for everything . He was very respectful, outspoken and hit on key points into giving positive feedback for our family to live in a healthy home. If I ever need any kind of remediation or construction assistance, I would definitely go to this company because they do everything as explained by Demarkus. This guy went over and beyond to explain how to help us and we would most definitely keep this company in mind when the time comes.

I met Demarkus recently through the Benicia Chamber of Commerce and learned about his expertise when it comes to restoration and water damage recovery. He is extremely knowledgeable and shows empathy and care when working with clients. I highly recommend Demarkus and if the time comes when I need these services, he will be my first call.

If ever I do need the services of Lawton Construction & Restoration, there would be no question I would hire them based on my introduction to Demarkus Tucker, lead technician at Lawton. I met Demarkus through Stir, a new networking group of the Benicia Chamber of Commerce. Besides having a wonderful sense of humor and great character, Demarkus always spoke highly of his employers and holds them in the highest regard. His presentation to the Stir group was enlightening, thorough and reflected the company’s professionalism in service by helping people in need often during catastrophic times. I highly recommend to consider Demarkus and Lawton Construction & Restoration if ever you are in need of there services.
