We had an unexpected and overwhelming clean-up situation and I’m glad I called PureOne. They arrived promptly to give us an estimate, and even gave us multiple estimates incorporating a range of possible services to show us our many options in detail. Chan and his clean-up team were punctual, professional, and efficient. They also understood that this was a stressful situation and put us at ease with friendly interactions, which made a difficult day a lot easier. Overall the PureOne team worked diligently to provide a necessary, significant service within our budget and time constraints. I would recommend them to others, and if we ever need similar services again, they’re who we’ll call.

I have a Home health care company part of our job is to go into our clients homes to assist them with everyday needs/Cares and we had a new client who we where about to start working with and we realized there was a hoarding situation and upon a quick google search we found Pure One services ,they came did a walk through and told us how long it would take ,the staff did an amazing job and discreetly,our client was very pleased with the job. We liked how they did the job on time and after that we have used Pure One services for a couple of other jobs not to mention when one of our residents had Covid 19 and we needed them to disinfect the house. And they did an amazing job as always.The staff is friendly and polite.Would highly recommend this company.

Me and my brother are really pleased with pure one. The technician that came to do the assessment to my grandmother house was really nice they answer all of our questions. And they were really patient with my grandmother.They started the project right away and they did an outstanding job.

Lifesavers!!! I have used Pure One Services in both Los Angeles and Minnesota and can honestly say they exceeded my highest expectations. Prompt, courteous and professional with a lot of regard for the details. My family now has peace of mind and that is simply priceless. I am so very glad I called and I will continue to be a repeat customer. In fact, I told my best friend in Wayzata about them and when her daughter’s basement flooded, she called Pure One and I got a bouquet of flowers from my goddaughter!!

Stay away from this company. Literally robbed my house and stole 4 cases of live handgun ammunition. They were returned after police got involved. But I will never know if that is all they stole or feel the same security in my house as I once did. And now are trying to rob me again with threats of sending me to collections but refusing to answer any of my billing questions as I also feel they have inflated the invoice and overcharged me. Yes I am expected to pay for the privilege of being robbed. Do yourself a favor and find a more ethical buisness for your cleaning needs.
