We experienced a leak in a pipe in the ceiling above a bathroom on a weekend. We called 911 Restoration to address the water mitigation and remediation issue. I will mention that we called several other companies and only got voicemails or didn’t receive a response for several days. 911 responded promptly and got started the very next day. Their team was always prompt, communicated well, and cleaned up after they were done for the day. The water mitigation was handled quickly before a mold problem could occur. We found 911 to be very professional and did exactly what they said they would do, and when they said they would do it. I would use 911 again if we ever have another issue and wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to family and friends.

Jeff Fenwick and his team were on top of everything from beginning to end. 9/11 restoration communicated efficiently and directly with me as the homeowner. They were flexible to any needs and schedules. They ensured that I was getting the best possible outcome and services! For example, when installing my new flooring they would ask permission for any changes and run through everything before starting on any work. I would recommend anyone to contact them for any future restorations!

Website says they respond within 45 minutes. If you call this “local” number it sends you to a national call center. I called 2 hours ago and have yet to receive my “45 minutes response time 24/7/365”. They haven’t even called me back or acknowledged my 3 calls to this national call center. The call center says they have dispatched to the local franchise every time I call back asking where they are but says they have no ability to see the schedule or why no one is responding. Ghosted. Definitely not a 24/7/365 company and complete garbage that they will respond to you same day, let alone within the 45 minutes they claim.

Our insurance company contacted 911 Restoration to clear and repair roof damage which led to further rain damage inside our hallway. They responded immediately and covered the roof to prevent further damage, demoed the inside, set three fans to dry the area and prevent mold. They were professional, meticulous and friendly. We highly recommend 911 Restoration. The Project Manager, Jeffrey, maintained constant communication throughout the whole process. We are grateful.

I call 911 restoration in Bakersfield due to my toilet supply line busting. They came in the middle of night. They suck up all the water and took care of the insurance for me. The staff was amazing and the communication was like I never had before with any company
