Unfortunately I have experienced a water leak showing in the ceiling area of my garage. I reside in a condo complex with shared main plumbing lines. My HOA contracts with MSB for these necessary repairs. I just wanted to submit a quick review/thank you for the professionalism I have witnessed so far in my contacts with MSB. From the first phone call, they have been amazingly responsive. So far, many thanks to Ashley, Daisy, Regina, David and Fernando! I am hopeful that as this process continues, I will continue to be assisted by superb MSB employees.

I had a leak in my condo. MSB came that day and coordinated and repaired all of the necessary work. They were amazing! Everything was done correctly and professionally. No one wants a leak/flood but they were great and I recommend them without any hesitation. Best team ever in the worst situation.

MSB has truly become my trusted contractor for my commercial property. After a fire loss to my commercial property in 2018, they came to the rescue and completely restored my building. The thing that sets them apart is their commitment to going the extra mile. They are so much more than just a contractor.They interfaced with my insurance company, were able to get the best building department expediters (that saved my grandfathered building rights!), engineers, architects to get the job done right and on time. Also, throughout the restoration process, MSB not only brought my property back to life but also played a crucial role in resolving tenant issues. Their expertise and dedication in handling these challenges made the entire ordeal much more manageable for me. They handled everything and I was very relieved. MSB remediated damage from a waste leak that affected our garage. Their office staff was extremely responsive, and their workmen were prompt and efficient. I did have one minor problem with a part of the work, and MSB promptly corrected it, though they’d have been justified saying it was not part of their work. I wish more service companies were like MSB!
