Best Option Restoration of Northwest Arkansas is awesome! After a pipe busted in the air conditioner, I had water everywhere. Scott from Best Option Restoration of Northwest Arkansas showed up quickly and got everything set up to get the water cleaned up. They wrapped and boxed everything carefully and respectfully. The boxes are numbered and pictures taken so it’s easy to find what you need after they move everything back in. I am very pleased with the outcome. Everyone at Best Option Restoration of Northwest Arkansas took the time to reassure me all along the way. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Scott is one of the most humble, honest, dedicated and giving humans I know. His work ethic is outstanding. He went well above and beyond with his time and product without expecting compensation. Do not hesitate to use BOR and refer them business. I am so glad I found them.

My family and I are forever grateful for Scott and his crew for taking care of our water issue. Long story short, he put my worries to rest with his expertise and expectations. I had a dip in my floor in the laundry area caused by a water leak I thought was fixed. Glad he was referred. Best decision made. If anyone has a water issue and just not sure what to do, call him. He covered everything I asked and more.

Scott and his boys are absolutely amazing! They showed up right when I called and never left my side. They do GREAT work and are very respectful! Scott would answer any questions I had day or night and constantly reassured me everything was going to be ok. I would not have made it threw this without him. He definitely knows what he is doing. I recently hired Best Option Restoration for a water damage/mold remediation job at my home. From start to finish, the customer service and professionalism displayed by Scott and team were outstanding. Not only did they complete the job on time and within budget, but they went above and beyond to ensure that my home was back to its pre-damaged condition. The team was respectful of my home and belongings throughout the entire process, and they even helped me with the insurance claim. I am grateful to have had such a positive experience during a stressful time!

Scott, owner of Best Option Restoration LLC came to do an estimate for detection and mold remediation. He is professional, thorough, friendly, polite, and on time. He was patient, took time to answer my questions, and he throughly checked my house for any signs of moisture or mold. He put a commercial dehumidifier out to get moisture out of the area/walls that was damaged by water for a few days to prep. He brought back his team Jackson and Elijah to set up. Like clockwork, they completely covered off the area so that it would not put mold spores in the air. They did demolition of area that needed to be taken out from water damage/mold. They also throughly cleaned and used a high powered chemical to kill the mold. It made the house smell fresh. They did a great job and got it done. I highly recommend Best Option Restoration which is a locally owned family business for all your Northwest Arkansas restoration needs!

Every so often you come across someone who immediately garners your trust. Scott Mager is one such individual. After interviewing several companies, I hired Scott to demolish my kitchen cabinets (lower) which were thoroughly inundated by Black Mold. Scott consistently goes the extra mile. His positive, can-do attitude overcame several problems encountered in our 45-year-old home. Scott completed the demolition and the total eradication of the Black Mold on time and in compliance with our contract, so, of course I asked Scott to do the restoration! Scott surprised me yet again when he did several things that I expected that I would be doing — that it was just Scott’s job to install the cabinets. Scott coordinated with Lowe’s, Home Depot, and other suppliers in trying to procure cabinetry and countertops. Ultimately, Scott found a small cabinet shop in Joplin that met our needs. Scott is honest to a fault — mostly to his own detriment!

I cannot say enough about Scott and his team! They were able to come same-day to start the clean up process. Their prices were better than other companies I checked with, and they were so easy to work with! Great communication, very professional, and completely took care of our problem. Highly recommend!!
