If you have an emergency, CALL THEM NOW. Then finish the review. I accidently flooded my bathroom and bedroom. Needless to say I was freaking out. I called quality at 7:30am. They relieved my stress by knocking on my door at 9:15am same day. They got things cleaned up, then came to me to let me know they made an error by cutting my carpet when they didn’t need to (note: we are all human. Mistakes happen! It’s how we deal with them that defines a company). They replaced the carpet at no cost! Why? Because that’s what happens when you are working with a quality company that has been around for 40 years! No small feet for a locally owned business. They helped me get the replacement cabinetry that I wanted and were patient with me. Now I have a new carpet, new cabinets, and a “go to” should I ever need them again. Lem and Kristy in the office were great! Thank you so much Quality Restoration for everything you did for me! Best, Dave Mason

Just finished a “we have no choice, we have to do this now” bathroom remodel with Quality Restoration providing the demolition and construction, and we couldn’t be more pleased with their work. Our home was built in 1972, and has had many additions and changes over the decades (some well done and some poorly done). The bathroom rebuild was complicated and mandatory because our shower floor collapsed, and it became clear we had serious issues with uneven, unsupported floors in that section of the house. Quality Restoration’s owners (Lem Nash and his wife Kristy) and their employees were knowledgeable, dependable (they showed up on time when they said they would), and easy to work with from the “give me a quote” phase through the final paint touchups. Best of all, they adapted and found solutions as we found new problems, and came in exactly on budget. I recommend them without reservation.

I would give more stars to Quality if possible. They performed an excellent job when we needed them the most. They were prompt to respond and to communicate. They did excellent work. I give them my highest recommendation.

Ours was truly an emergency that we needed their help quickly. The owners went above and beyond what we asked of them. They sent a crew of 4 to do the work and they were incredible! They were quick and efficient, friendly and anwered all of our questions. We liked them so much we took photos with them and bought them lunch! ANYTIME we need them again I know which company I will be calling! My husband and I always leave reviews when we feel that the companies/Persons have done more than what we asked for. This was them! Quality Restoration was absolutely A+ as my wife and I moved out of one home into another. We had been in the house 3 years and needed help putting it back into show ready quality. The work was superior but candidly, it was the people who impressed us most. We actually had a fun time in what was otherwise a really stressful move. We cannot say enough about them. Finally, booking, setup and close-out was super easy and strangely affordable. I have Kristy to thank for that. Quick to respond, quick to understand and quick to care. Thank you, Quality!!!!!!!!

Highly recommended! I was the POA of a woman who passed away suddenly. She was an extreme hoarder and I was left with the task of sorting and disposing of her belongings. It was overwhelming until I called Quality. They responded the same day and began the cleanout the next day. They actually finished a day early and I was kept in the loop for the entire process. I was able to check on them as they worked, and they really worked! A very fair price and very professional service.
