This crew is amazing. They will do whatever they have to, to get the job done and save your home and possessions. Everything will be placed back the way they found it or it will be done to your specifications. They are also very efficient and won’t take too long and overcharge you.

D.C. Restoration of Tucson is fantastic. Our entire downstairs area (5 rooms) was damaged by water. They not only cleaned up the “mess” , they conducted all of the repairs. All floor moulding and much wallboard was removed, the areas dried, and then wallboard & moulding replaced. All floor mounted kitchen cabinets and appliances were removed. The cabinets were rebuilt (better quality than original) and then cabinets and original appliances replaced. When completed, the downstairs looked like nothing had ever happened. The project manager, John Hains, kept us informed every step of the way. Any questions or concerns we had were taken care of immediately. John was extremely professional, responsive, and courteous. We would definitely use DC Restoration again, if needed, and we would definitely recommend them. We thank them for a tough job well done.

We tried so many times to schedule and no one would call us back. Then they would tell us that we needed to have another estimate. They would tell us they would be here and people would not show up or if they did they wouldn’t even make it known and disappear before we could even ask a question. They tore up a huge part of our office and then didn’t even bother to be sure to clean up the mess. They would accuse us and say they tried to schedule but no one would call us to schedule and no one would call us to even check in. Then COVID happened – so dragging us out further and now stating they have no time for us.

My insurance company selected DC Restoration to repair my house after a woman drove through the wall. It took almost 6 months before they even started. Every time I would call, they said the permits were done, they just needed to go pick them up. When they finally did the work, it was mediocre. You can easily spot the repairs. In my opinion, repairs should be seamless. These are not. At the end, the only thing left was to get the gas reconnected. The owner of DC Restoration told me the gas inspection had passed and that the city would alert the gas company. All I had to do was contact the gas company to reconnect service. All of this was a lie. But they kept telling it for two months. When they finally gave me the permit number so I could follow up, it was an electric permit. I asked them and they said I needed to go get the gas permit and inspection. That’s fine, but why couldn’t they tell me that two months ago when the repairs were finished and I asked about the gas? If given the option, pick a different company. If not, demand the option to pick a different company.

I would give them negative stars if I could. Do not use this company. I had an insurance claim on a water leak in a house. When I first called them we went over the details of the repair. The promised if I used them they would accept the payment that the insurance company paid as the total payment and all I would have to pay is the deductable. I agreed to use them based on the promise. I also paid them some money upfront which was my deductable. After the work was completed (And by the way much later than they promised) they then call me and tell me they would like me to fill out a survey to say the work was completed. I filled it out and sent it back then they called and said I owed them .more money for the repair because the insurance company did not pay them enough money. I reminded them that they had promised they would accept the amount the insurance company was paying as payment and this was our agreement. The rude lady on the phone then threatened that if they did not get the additional money that they were asking for she would file a lien on the house. Typical bait and switch. They totally lied and had they told me this upfront I would never have used their service. Stay as far away from this company as possible or you will get ripped off!!
