I highly recommend CityWide Restoration. It is reassuring to know that honest, hardworking, and very skilled people are helping people in Tucson with their homes. After my house was flooded and was demoed (by another company), Zack at CityWide put my house back together. With extensive flooding and even more extensive damage from the demo, my house was nearly unlivable with the amount of drywall, trim, facia, and carpets that were removed. The demo too two weeks to complete, and left my house looking like a disaster. Initially I called Zack to provide some advice about home restoration. After speaking with Zack during a survey of the damage, he was able to easily describe what was needed to restore my home back to the way it was, and assured me that it would be a quick, and thorough job. Zack and his team started a few days later and was exactly true to his word. Less than 5 work days later the job was complete. All the drywall had been replaced, the wall base molding replaced, chipped and broken tiles fixed and replaced, carpets removed and hauled away, door trim replaced, and walls textured and painted. His team was able to match the color of the stained maple vanity kickplate, and match the colors and textures of the accent walls perfectly. What I appreciated most was that any flaw that I noted or question that I had about the reconstruction was immediately addressed. Zack and his team truly went out of their way to get the job done quickly, cleanly, and professionally. My thanks to you and your team, Zack!

Zach and his crew at CityWide Restoration did an excellent job of restoring the bathroom in my rental property after a plumbing leak ruined the vanity, drywall, and baseboard. All work was done in a professional manner and the bathroom looks as good as new. They worked successfully with my tenant to minimize impact on him. I would highly recommend CityWide Restoration.

I don’t even know where to start with this review! It was such an amazing experience working with CityWide restoration! Zach and his crew were honest from the get-go. They were professional, courteous, showed up on time and did impeccable work. They were also extremely accommodating when I made a last minute change to the paint color for my bathroom. 🙂 Zach and his guys actually picked up a fresh gallon of my requested color the very next morning! It is rare to find a company that places value on the integrity of the crew and the quality of the final product. We will be using them for all house work going forward! I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

CityWide was recommended to us by one of our friends. We had to replace and restore two bathrooms and tile through out a large area of our house. The restoration of our house exceeded our expectations. Zach made our process of restoration easier . He was helpful with advice on what to pick for colors and quality materials. Breached contract and abandoned the job. Straightforward mold cleanup and bath and kitchen restoration job. Completed 75% and took over a year to get it done. Unfortunately job is still unfinished two years later despite being paid in full according to contract and with Allstate funds. For months and months we were told they were overloaded with lots of jobs and not enough workers. The end result is Citywide took horrible advantage of my 86-year-old mother, and completed other jobs and not hers. Backstory is there used to be a good project manager, Ed, who followed through, did great work. When Ed left and Zach took over we ended up getting the run around. Zach acts like a super nice guy who knows all the right things to say. He meets with you, talks about the work, acts like he is going to get the job done, shakes your hand, answers your texts, but ultimately he did not follow through and we’re stuck with this mess. All they actually needed to do is install some specially ordered cabinets and drawers. Instead they left my elderly mom with these temporary shelves. They kept giving us the run around that they were ordered and we were waiting for them. They also said they didn’t have enough people for all the work. It’s a sad situation for my mom who trusted them and fully paid them. At this point with no follow through or real communication for over months now we have no choice but to sue for breach of contract. Watch out. They may be heading into bankruptcy.
