Edit. First impression great. They did some work and sent a text asking for payment. No report, no document from Rocky Mountain describing the work they did. That’s why they were here in the first place. So that we’d have a record of remediation. Not even a formal invoice…. Don’t plan to pay until they provide record of what they did. Beware. Great sales. Not so great after-sales. Original review from before work was completed: Patrick came out to our home to see if we had mold that needed to be handled and it was a wonderful experience. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, clear, concise and overall a pleasure to work with. A breath of fresh air- Much appreciated. Highly recommend Patrick with Rocky Mountain Restoration.

We are very early in the restoration process and being “overwhelmed” is an understatement. Today we had Dominick Swanson come to our rescue. He showed great compassion and determination to make sure our issue was tended to in a very swift manner. Dominick went above and beyond to make sure my parents’ home was safe while undergoing this restoration process and he even took the time to further explain what to expect in the days to come.

LIARS !!! LIARS !!!!I wish I could select a Negative STAR !!! LIARS !! Said they would help through the whole process and referred other companies to do work and as soon as ROCKY MOUNTAIN was paid they GHOSTED US !!! Now i’m being stuck with a 7k$ Bill from another company !!! The whole PITCH was ” Don’t worry you will not be billed for anything … we will be here the whole way … call us with any concern !!!” NOW …. NO ANSWER !!! GROSS LIARS …. LIARS …. LIARS !!!!

So I gave two stars only because of the initial visit in the Speediness of getting started… If it wasn’t for that, I would have zero stars… Once they came in for the initial visit they told me not to worry about anything that I could call them anytime with any questions… After that visit, I can’t get anybody to call me back… They sent out other companies to move my stuff… They won’t call me back either and they have all my belongings … I am totally left in the dark now… I’ve never seen anything start out so great and then turn horrible… I’ve called multiple numbers that were left with me, but no luck… So now I’m left with a hole in my wall and my belongings cleared out of my garage… Needless to say, I am very frustrated

Absolute worst. I had a water leak with damage. They told me they were a “one stop shop” and would “do it all”. They ripped apart my bathroom, cut a hole in my ceiling, hooked up some dryers and left. Three days later, they came and took their dryers and that was pretty much it, until the Insurance company sent me the checks. They demanded that I send the insurance money and deductible, which I did, then nothing. I contacted them to see when they were to come put my bathroom back together and was told “we don’t do that”, “that is a whole different company”, “you will have to call them”. Get the work done before paying these thieves!

Rocky Mountain did a wonderful job on my rental property. They were quick to respond, my tenants had a the water leak that ran all through the garage and in the laundry room. They dried it out quickly and put everything back together like it never happened. I highly recommend them for any emergency loss you might in counter. Staff was wonderful to work with a Seamless process. Thank you Rocky Mountain.
