I had a 5 gallon water jug leak overnight into a wall. Tom and 1800 water damage got there quick and hooked up the machines to dry out the wall. Thanks for the great service Tom..

I had a leak in the ceiling dried out. Miguel and Gage were involved in the process and I am pleased with the result. Miguel was punctual and mindful of my schedule. He does a very good job of explaining what is being done.

Prompt, responsive, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Dried out my carpet and drywall preventing further damage, mold, etc. Jordan and Miguel were awesome and owner Tom stayed on top of the process. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

We had as great of an experience as you can have when finding out we had mold in our ceiling. Tom Hodges and his crew came in the same day I called them and quickly removed the mold, sealed it off and died up all the moisture. I’ve actually had to use them twice now for unrelated plumbing water damage and they were great both times. I highly recommend them!
