We had our first ever claim with insurance in 10+ years from a bathtub flood and my husband found Water Fighters through a Google search. They did come right over and started the process of drying out the home with fans. They had my husband sign a non-itemized in any way quote of $10k-20k,which he did. We assumed they work with our insurance company to finalize the quote before continuing the work and we trusted that was a valid estimate since we’ve never been in this situation before and knew we needed to start the drying process promptly. Additionally, our insurance rep assured us she had communicated to Water Fighters that the initial approval was $1800 to start and they knew they’d need to get additional work approved by them as they went. Every day they said they’d come, they either didn’t come at all or showed up at 4pm for two hours. We logged all Ring records to confirm. Finally on day 9 my husband decided to stop working with them (they had completed the drying process; no restoration was started) and moved forward with the insurance company’s recommended contractor. We were then sent a bill for $7800 from Water Fighters for 8 hours of total work. We requested they itemize it down further to understand the charges and they refused and basically said pay it or we’ll sue you. Our insurance came back with a reasonable amount for the same work of $2600. For example, they charged us for 9 days of fans when we needed 3-5. Insurance generously gave them 5. It was not our fault they simply left their equipment while they didn’t show. There was an emergency service charge when they came over on a weekday afternoon (were contacted on a weekend). They could or would not justify any of the discrepancies with the insurance company. They refused to accept insurance’s payment and stated we would also need to pay their attorneys fees if we didn’t pay the $7800. So here we are, paying more out of pocket AFTER INSURANCE PAID than if we had not used insurance at all and just paid the other company out of pocket. After calling this money I got weird messages about selling my home. I was given a timeframe from 10-2 and by 2:30 I had not heard from anybody. Not great communication or holding timeframes. And they possibly have a hacking issue which information is being sold to someone. Glad I won’t be using this company.

Even though repairing my termite damaged window sash/window frame is considered a very small job, Cesar, of Water Fighers Restoration, did it for me! What a blessing is was to have the damage repaired. He and his brother did an excellent job. They were prompt, profesisonal, considerate and explained their work step-by-step. I would highly recommend them for any size job you might have. I would definitely hire them again!

Had a water leak in the middle of the night , woke up ankle deep . Called water fighters that morning . From then on there the service was great . Project was finished prompt and the job was well done . We are from Canada and they kept us posted on what was going on . We were relieved to come back like nothing had happened . If they had 10 stars I would have checked that. Water Fighters Resoration Water clean is a company that I would recommend to anyone that has water damage at your home or business. They are very professional and they do very nice work. They repaired my Master bedroom from water damage to my ceiling and wall.
