We are so we are so pleased with the work that your company has done. Tanner went above and beyond to help us. He and zach✌️ worked late at night to help us with our mold and water leak problem. Can’t thank them enough. Tanner called several times to check in and even came by the house to make sure everything was good. Awesome customer service And very personable

Chris and Tanner from Premier Restorations came out the same daybthe Plummer did the repairs to remove wet drywall and insulation and set up fans to dry everything out. They were prompt, very professional and very, very nice. Hopefully I won’t ever need their services again but if I do you can be sure I will call them Sandy

We called Premier restorations after we noticed a leak from our ceiling from the 2nd floor. They were able to get to our house so quickly and were 100% professional. I appreciated how they checked every possible section of our leak and explained every step of the process. Everything is back to normal at our house thanks to them.

When our water heater busted and leaking, we weren’t sure what to do so it took us two days before we started calling around to see if anyone could come out to take a look. After just one call, Chris came out to take a look and all I can say is this guy is Awesome! He was very patient listening to my ranting and went around with his moisture meter and thermo scan to see how bad the damage was. He actually scanned same spots few times to get accurate reading then gave us the quotes and options, trying to help us out in any way possible that’s best suited for us. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Someone that’s so rare to find these days. Huge shout out to Chris, thank you!! You’re awesome!

I had a water leak from a pipe in my ceiling, and reached out to Chris. I am a first time homeowner who had no idea what to do with this problem. Chris walked me through all the recommended steps. He came over that afternoon to inspect the damage and measure the extent of it. I’d heard horror stories of contractors going way above and beyond to tear up houses for extra money. Chris showed me the instrument he uses to measure moisture in the wood and drywall, and tested everything in front of me. He explained the remediation and demo process and got everything torn out in a few hours the same week. His crew was awesome – I work from home and they were great about keeping any disruptions to a bare minimum. They moved all my furniture and took care not to scratch or damage anything by using cushioning on all edges. They even took apart the kitchen table. They cleaned up after themselves; in fact, that part of the house was even cleaner than it was before they came! Chris left the debris in trash bags in a neat pile and hauled everything away first thing the following morning. He recommended a contractor to come out and do repairs, and that guy was great to meet with. Repairs have yet to start, as this just happened a week ago. But as far as the remediation and demo process, I was very happy with the work by Chris and his crew.

Finding Chris was a godsend, he is very professional and comforting during this stressful time of damage to our home. He is always just a phone call away if questions arise that weren’t answered in person. His staff and outside contractors are professional as well, they have all made this difficult situation much, much easier. If you want someone that cares about you in difficult times give Chris at Premier Restorations a call. Five stars isn’t high enough for the care and service we have received.
