I have waited a bit to complete this review because I didn’t want my anger affecting my review. We hired Valley Wide to complete repairs on our home after we had a water leak. Everything started out as perfect as can be. The owner even visited our house and discussed the project with us and spent some time discussing options. Their completed all of the tasks of drying everything out and verifying what parts of the house needed to be replaced or fixed. They completed the task of moving all of our items out and just did a great job with everything…..communication at this point was great. However, it could have been explained with a bit more detail that absolutely everything was coming out of our home, including anything on the walls. My real issues started with the guys they sent over to do the repairs. Tile guy did a horrible job. I complained and they sent the same crew back to fix the issues and all he wanted to do was tell me everything was perfect and argued I was the problem. I showed him half inch gaps with my 4′ level and he said that it’s perfectly acceptable for this to be this way because the tile will just follow the uneven floor….the crew left a mess everywhere, I am still cleaning thinset off of my walls cabinets, doors, and the multiple spots in my front yard where they just dumped the dirty tile saw water. The carpet crew was about the same, I had huge seams left all over the house and once again I called to complain about it being unacceptable and they sent the company out to take a look, this time the carpet boss said that it was the worst installation he has ever come across and profusely apologized but sent the same crew to fix the issues, on the 3rd attempt they basically said they fixed all the issues and were done but I still have trash felt under the carpet because they didn’t even sweep before it was installed, I still have seams in multiple rooms, and I have just a trash job completed. Valley Wide moved all of personal items back in and scraped up all the furniture doing so, I complained and was told it happens when you move items in and out of a house. We found existing tile and new tile that was chipped during carpet installation and was told it was done by others so sorry can’t be fixed.. During this almost 2 month time period I found if I wanted an update I would have to call and get one for myself. The only time I would get a constant call from them was when they needed the project signed off so insurance would pay them… I would not recommend using them mostly for the lack of communication, poor quality of sub contractors, and the lack of support as a lead on a project.

Great company and excellent service. Valley Wide Restoration did an amazing job for us. Highly recommend.

Yet another business that hires people that cannot drive within the law. Just had some guy nearly cause me to wreck because he doesn’t understand basic traffic right of way rules. Pathetic.

Love this company! Very thankful for their hard work, fair pricing, availability and showing up when they said they would. These guys are the hardest workers, communicate effectively and got the job done! We will recommend them to anyone who is need of a new roof/roof repair and will only be using them for any future issues! Thanks Guys!

Had water damage to both our bathrooms, living room and one of our bedrooms. Their team has been quick and professional while doing an outstanding job, would definitely recommend them anyone that needs the services they provide. Not sure of the names of the crew that was first here, but David came out today to do measurements and arrived when he said he would and was very polite and professional!

If you’re looking for a restoration/remodel company STOP looking and hire Valleywide!! The entire staff/family at Valleywide Restoration are professional, honest, cooperative, friendly and a complete joy to work with in what can normally be trying circumstances. Bryan, Wyatt, Tonya, Dominick and all the installers they use make you feel confident in their skill set! In one word…AMAZING! Due to a fire, the water and smoke damage to my home was unlivable for several months. They use every connection and skilled member to get everything done timely and right! I would highly recommend Valleywide Restoration to anyone who needed a remodel, rebuild or restoration! I’m unbelievably happy with the results!

I called them they only guarantee the work for two years I guess long enough to know that it’s going to mess up after that. I had my carpet in my house for 7 years prior and my carpet never buckled there never been cracks in my walls the seven years I lived here prior before the flood the paint is just peeling off. But apparently that’s my problem now I don’t suggest this company to anybody and if they done good for you you’re lucky you’re one of the lucky ones cuz they didn’t do good for me nor do they stand by their work I don’t care if it’s two years guaranteed this is only 3 years and it’s doing this already uncalled for

We had an in wall leak at our home over a weekend. Valleywide responded immediately and had a crew at my home within 2 hours. They quickly placed protective plastic down, removed a cabinet, and the affected drywall, and inspected and installed fans. They came back to check everyday until things dried out. I thought their whole team was respectful, and honest and did an exceptional job. We have hired Valleywide to do the complete repair and drywall, painting and cabinet install. They are honest, clean, and professional, and I truly am grateful we used their services.

We added on our kitchen cabinets, crew was great, professional, and caring. Bryan helped us design and order. He made sure materials are right and the crew delivered the cabinets to our house. Doug was our project manger, he was great and very personable! Although we had hick-ups here and there but everything was taken care of in a timely manner.

Work quality was poor. They had to come out 3 times to do the job. Communication was poor. Will not be using them again
