Phoenix Flood is the best remediation company I have used. They are actually the only remediation company I have a good impression of. They are very unique in several ways. Unlike most remediation companies they are not trying to get a big insurance claim. Ryan comes in and assesses the situation and has recommended not making an insurance claim when it doesn’t cost too much to just solve the problem and make the repairs. They also do a very good job of providing options and educating you on what makes since to do. I truly wish I had come across his company sooner. They are truly honest which is unusual in the remediation industry.

Phoenix Flood was a lifesaver. They took over a massive project that few would tackle and did an incredible job getting my rental home back into service. Phoenix Flood was by far the most knowledgeable and trustworthy choice I’ve ever experienced. Ryan did a fantastic job cleaning up some mold that was found inside our wall from a cracked tub. He was very professional, easy-going and friendly-he got the work done quickly as well. Now we are at ease that we are completely mold free and the area looks great. Definitely recommend is you are looking for a mold- remediation company in the valley!!
