This review is somewhat overdue. I hired this company after an appraiser apparently found mold in my home and in turn requested mold remediation services as a condition to close on the sale of my home. We only had a week to remediate the mold problem. Krystal and her crew were able to immediately assess the problem and get me a clean report to the appraiser before the close of escrow. Although this was a very stressful and time-pressing situation, Krystal Clean Restoration did an excellent job helping me navigate and resolving this matter quickly. I would definitely hire this company again!

I would highly recommend this service if you have any water damage or damage due to mould. We worked with Michael and Neal to remediate damage in our kitchen and one of the bedrooms. In addition to being technically proficient, they were great about communicating any issues they found. The main office was quick to communicate any findings and associated costs. That said, the costs were very reasonable and the work was top notch. I also need to say that the customer service is the best I’ve experienced in the last 30 years of home ownership.
