Our plumber recommended Preferred Choice when we had a leak in our laundry room. The workers that come out are all very friendly. At first the process was quick and they came out almost daily to check on the wet wood. However, when they removed our water heater, it stoped working. They did eventually have a plumber and electrician come out and got it fixed. Scheduling the restoration took longer than expected. They did a good job with the restoration, but not the professional job we were expecting (bottom was left uncaulked so there’s a gap under the baseboards, paint was left on handles). It looks good, just not what we expected. And again, our water heater stopped working that day. It’s been almost a week and we still don’t have a functional water heater. We haven’t heard from them since last week after calling them. This is the first time we work with a company for restoration and we were left frustrated and will definitely not be going to them again. Hopefully everything gets resolved soon.
