Don’t fall prey to the guise of all positive reviews on Google… Do yourself a favor and avoid even getting a quote from Sunshine Restoration… Once they found out that I would not be using their services (due to a wildly overpriced quote which would be performed by a third-party) they quickly added “Administration/estimator fee’s” to an invoice amounting to $661.56 ($165.39 per hour x 4 hours). When I said I was not going to pay for someone to come out and provide an non-competitive quote for the project they quickly turned it over to collections and in negatively impacted my credit score. TLDR: Sunshine Restorations will over quote projects then aggressively pursue their “Administration/estimator fee’s” by sending it to collections after performing no work.

Unbelievably kind. Aaron Lacey came out and did a thorough inspection of a water leak for me. I have medical issues and he was so kind to be sensitive towards those. Very knowledgeable, on time, super professional. I will definitely use them in the future.

David Bittner was extremely professional and efficient. When we had to reschedule our first appointment on short notice due to a family emergency, he was caring, compassionate and accommodating. We recently experienced water damage in our home due to an HVAC unit. We contacted Sunshine Restoration based on their proximity and glowing reviews. Juan Ramirez was our assigned contractor and did an amazing job! While the repairs took a little longer than expected due to the custom fixtures being replaced, we are extremely happy with the outcome and communication along the way! Sunshine Restoration and Juan Ramirez will be my first call if we ever need these services again!
