I have used Eco Dry three times now. Every time they have been prompt, courteous and very professional. This time Willy was my adjuster. He assessed the damage and filed a claim with my insurance company. Willy was amazing he knew I was extremely stressed having to go through this for the third time. He was quick to calm my nerves and let me know everything would be taken care of in a short period of time, and the job would be done with the same hight quality work as the times before. The technicians that did the work were awesome!! They were on time, very professional, treated my home with respect, cleaned all of the mess when they were done and were so nice😃 Damian, Pierre and Jay you guys Rock!!!! Thank you so much for your hard work👍

Part of my bathroom ceiling caved in due to moisture. Jalan was on top of things and came the same day to assess it and get me set up for the restoration. Josh and Cody were there the next working day. They were the best! Polite, professional, and very clean conscious. Great job by all the Ecodry employees.

Worst people to use for insurance claim! They’ll lie to your face and be aggressive on getting paid through your insurance once check is in your hands! Do not use people!

After we had a pipe burst, Willie came out to access the damage. He was professional and on time. He helped file my insurance claim which was amazing because I hate making phone calls. He had a crew out to my house the very next morning to start restoration. I highly recommend Willie with Eco Dry!

the team that came out and did the work did a great job and were very professional. Dylan who came the house initially was Extremely pushy about completing the work before insurance approval was given. Then he was absolutely zero help navigating things when insurance requested further information. Questionable ethics and customer service.

EcoDry did come out to tear down my wall but they had another company that took 2 months to rebuild a simple 8X8 drywall. They assigned RMJ Construction which resulted in numerous other issues and headaches and when I called to get them to partner with RMJ, they simply said I had to work with RMJ. They made me feel that my project was low priority and just assigned me to that company. After reading several reviews, both negative and positive, it looks like they only choose houses with ‘higher class and economic status ‘

Moved into our new home and had a water leak from our upstairs tub. We called and EcoDry came out and got things taken care of right away. They worked without insurance and helped us throughout all of the process. We were kept well informed and would highly recommend this company based on the service and speed. Big shout out to William, Pierre, Damien, and Jay!!!
