As a first time homeowner of brand new house your worst nightmare is coming home to flood in your house. I Google & literally called the first place that was on the list I’m forever thankful I did. David was awesome I was in panic mode & he remained calm explained everything to me gave all details over the phone & was early for my agreed appointment time. In person David & his partner(forgot his name I apologize, but he was great as well) were even better. Fast efficient while ensuring I understood all next steps. Within hours they were back to start drying my home. They literally handle all the insurance items. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again, yet if I am ever in need of any service offered by this ServiceMaster I’m calling them immediately. Thank you so much for being awesome & providing the best customer service in this type of situation. Danielle

I would highly recommend this company. Not only is Michael meticulous in his work, he went the extra mile! I had a couple carpet glue messes under a couple throw rugs a former carpet cleaner wouldn’t even attempt. Michael wasn’t sure, but he was willing to try! And it did work! He is professional and very thorough, accommodating yet honest about what may and may not work. Thank you, Michael, for doing such great work!!

This location ended up not having the exact service I was looking for, but the man I talked to was super nice and used his time to locate other companies whom would be able to assist me. I’ll definitely go through them if I need a service that they do offer 🙂

I have been using this company for the past 4 years not only at my own home but all of my rentals. They always do a fantastic job and with rentals that can be challenging. They are always on time and the pricing is fair. If your looking for quality work give Gibson a call.

I have worked with and recommended Service Master 1st Choice on several occasions. They are wonderful to work with, very professional and excellent customer service. When an insurance claim is involved they assist with understanding the claim, and coordinating with the insurance adjusters.

Very happy with the quality of service and the price. Our carpet was so clean I accused the technicians of sucking the color out of the fabric. Well done! Highly recommend this fine business.
