We had a leak under our Kitchen sink that occurred after we to lay down for the night. Some time later we got up to go back to the Kitchen and noticed that everything was wet. It had been leaking long enough to cause considerable damage to the upstairs as well as the lower finished basement area with collapsed ceilings and more. We called Servpro and they can out immediately to start cleaning up the water. They returned to remove all of the damaged materials and started the drying process. Andre handled everything and was a complete professional during the process. They drying process took over a week and he was in contact with us everyday and explained the final paperwork from that process. I would 100% recommend them for any issue like this or worse, they are good people and have the customers’ satisfaction in mind always. Once again, Andre handled our claim with the insurance company and made sure everything ran as it should, GREAT COMPANY AND GREAT REPRESENTATIVE.

I can’t say enough good thing’s about this group of folks. Our church had a flash flood and the sanctuary was badly flooded. I called and they had a guy out within the hour and a crew an hour later. When they say like it never happened, they weren’t joking. A big shout out to Deret, Tiki, DK, Jessica, Keith and Jeff for all their help. Extremely professional and thorough. I recently experienced extensive water damage at my residence, and the team at SERVPRO of Birmingham was incredibly professional throughout the entire process. From the beginning, they walked me through every step, ensuring I understood what was happening and what to expect. Their respectful and courteous demeanor made a stressful situation much more manageable. So Dakota, Tiki, DK were the ones that came to solve my water damage and let me tell you, I’m mad I didn’t have them here sooner. They spent about 5 minutes each diagnosing the issue, spotted potential issues that could come up later and rather than yap a bunch of justifications for pricing and such, they just set the appointments, showed up, showed out, and GTFO of my house. I’ve dealt with insurance Adjuster’s, carpenters, plumbers, and politicians and not one of them came with a solution before a sales pitch. These gentlemen only had questions, solutions, and a job to do. If ServePro EVER loses any one of them and I don’t immediately snatch them up to work for my nonprofit SMOG, somebody better come to them with absurd salaries, benefits, and stock options. These are the kind of employees a good boss would burn bridges to keep, and if ServePro knows what’s good for them they will nurture these men into leaders of their industry like the WWE did with John Cena, The Rock, and Booker T. Excellence is a choice and these three obviously make that choice every damn day.

I wanted to write a 5 star review for Will Nelson with Recon. Will was very thorough in his analysis, and he was always open to answering any and all of our questions. He was courteous and prompt when we were scheduled to meet and timely returning our calls. Very professional.
