We had a fantastic experience with DryTech which was very refreshing after having used another, more well-known restoration company in the past with disappointing results. The service was fantastic through the entire project. Cory was at our house within 30 mins of me calling and Bill, the PM, managed the project beautifully. Stayed in constant communication with us and our adjuster the entire time. In fact, our adjuster said they prefer to work with DryTech over all others because of their professionalism, honesty, ethics, and top-notch service. That made us feel great about our decision to go with DryTech and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Drytech is a great company to work with. Bill is very attentive and professional to work with. I had a flood from my upstairs bathroom that flooded downstairs and some of upstairs. Bill was sure to take care of things in a timely manner. I’d recommend their services to anyone!

I was so happy with Russell, our bathroom repair project manager. He went the extra mile to get the right materials and he patiently listened to and acted upon our requests. He finished well and exactly when we asked him to. We are so blessed to have him on our repair project. Russell and the team takes away stress and made the repair easy!
