PuroClean installed an ATMOX system to control the humidity in my crawl space. Prior to installing it they cleaned up some mold on my floor joists. I looked over their work very carefully and it was excellent!

2 stars because they completed the job they were hired for but they damaged some of our flooring and a door frame, and did not inform us.

PuroClean is the best in the business. The team was always on time and ensured I had all of the information I needed through the process. Their quick response and timely efforts likely saved me thousands of dollars in restoration costs. As someone who has never dealt with this issue they took the time to explain everything and answer all the questions I had. They always had my best interest in mind and I would trust them on any project! Thanks for everything PuroClean!!!!!

These guys had the best customer service of all time. I was using Astro Property Management. Astro went and let a small leak in my rental house turn into half the downstairs being flooded! Then Astro sent a carpet cleaner out to mitigate water damage and mold – who did nothing but charge a lot of money for nothing being done. I called PuroClean, they educated me and I validated what I was told. They told me how the whole process would work and it went exactly how they said. They found massive amounts of moisture left from the carpet cleaner and found mold and mildew. They worked with my insurance and got it cleaned up and everything mitigated and torn out and have the moisture logs and pictures to prove it. I would recommend them to anyone needing professionals.

My family and I needed help with a significant biohazard situation and PuroClean really came through for us. We were pleased with the professional website but even more impressed with how Bruce assisted us in a timely manner and was very informative about the process as a whole. He and his team helped us each step of the way and we feel like we were really fortunate during a time of stress. I strongly recommend this company based on my personal experience.

My family suffered an unexpected loss — the death of my sister in her home. To our dismay, she was not found immediately, and we needed immediate bio-hazard services to deal with this tragedy. Bruce and the PuroClean team were with us all the way. They promptly returned our call. We spoke directly with the owner (Bruce). He took care to share about their process and suggested that we call our insurer. As a result, we were able to both a) expedite the process to address the situation and b) had only the deductible out of pocket. This team is responsive, caring and knowledgeable. Thank you Bruce and Duke — you brought some much needed expertise to a terrible situation.
