I don’t recommend this company for any restoration projects. They are the worse and they have no regard for their customers. They had my family and I stuck in a hotel for almost 2 1/2 months, from April to July waiting for them to restore our home. The person I was dealing with Jason would not answer my calls or call me back, to tell me what the hold up was. On June 5th I was told it was because my adjuster had not approved the invoice. That was a lie because my adjuster said that they had never done that before. I couldn’t get truth of why they didn’t finish the job. I had to peacemeal contractors to finish my house. I would recommend to walk my dog.

Ready Restoration did an awesome job, restoring the portion of my home that was damage by a slab leak. They help me navigate through the claim with my insurance company and was always available if I had any questions or concerns about the restoration process. Working with Ready Restoration was wonderful. This situation could have been overwhelming, but Ready Restoration made it seamless. Jason, Josh, and Marianne were easy access and were always available to answer all my questions. They worked very well with my Insurance Company(State Farm) and made that seamless as well. I would highly recommend Ready Restoration to anyone, who may need their services.

Water leak in bathroom. They tried to get insurance to pay to have new wood flooring put down on entire first floor. Insurance would only pay for bathroom area. That project must be too small to finish because no responses in 3 months. Left me with a torn up bathroom floor and toilet. Do not use.
