John and Steve did a great job taking care of our flooded basement! They came within an hour of my call on a Saturday morning and had the water sucked out and fans going four hours later! John worked quickly with my insurance adjustor to take care of all the paperwork and kept me informed of the progress daily. The owner Jeff first helped me with my flooded basement four houses and fifteen years ago! I highly recommend Aquire! I am so glad to see this company thriving and growing!

Called and appointment was scheduled the next day. We had already removed water from basement. Jeff gave me a lot of information as to how to continue drying out the basement, how to repair damage and how to purchase a sump monitor to prevent future water troubles.

We had an issue with a toilet valve stuck open which flooded out basement. I called Aquire as soon as I saw the water. John was at our house in no time to see the sevarity of the damage. He was able to get a crew out to us to clean up the water. He worked with out insurance company to make sure everything was covered. Ian came once we were dried out and gave the details on the rebuild. Very professional and fast. John and Steve were over the next day to get started on the rebuild. They had it back to normal in a day. Very happy with Ian, John and Steve!

upon returning home from vacation we had water in our lower level. We’d like to thank Matt, Jeff and Clayton for the great job they did on the clean up and the putting back together of our lower level. I contacted Acquire because of the excellent quality of restoration of my basement after water damage, including the half bath and panel installation a few years ago. This month I had them remove carpeting in my living room, dining room and hallway. Then they helped me select LVP flooring and paint a hallway. Tyler was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in developing a plan and an estimate. He was also helpful as we adjusted to any changes in that. Clayton supervised all of the hands-on work. He was conscientious and made sure everything was done well. He took initiative in exploring options if something I planned to do was not a good choice because he wanted to ensure that the outcome would be of the quality I intended. He responded quickly either by text, phone, or visit if I had a concern. I will certainly use the services of Acquire in the future if the need arises. I am pleased with my experience with any of those who helped, as well as the variety of skills available through Acquire.

Clayton and Tyler are the best! Both of them were extremely responsive with any questions I had and on the status of everything after we had a water leak. I am glad we went with Aquire because they did a good job coordinating everything that needed to be done to resolve our issue.

We had water damage in the lower level of our home. I contacted Aquire Restoration to come out and evaluate our situation. Estimator Matt and Project Manager Clayton did a great job of explaining and guiding us through the renovation process. They kept the lines of communication open and sent workers to our home who were courteous, knowledgeable and most of all did great work. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again if the need arises.
