FRSTEAM was hired to take care of our clothes and electronics when we had a house fire. The team was very responsive and communicated with us often to ensure we had what we needed during the 8 months it took to finish house. They were professional and personal especially Karleah, Brynna, and Bryan. When we needed some items from them for winter or electronics because I work from home, they were on it quickly. There were rarely issues with our belongings and they took great care of them and were honest about things that were not salvageable. Now not all companies are absolutely perfect, so there were only a couple of issues and I’m an honest person so I’d rather help those reading reviews. I don’t think I’d have them do our clothes again. A bunch of shoes were ruined from cleaning, 4 of my suits had to be claimed because the fabric came back saggy and ruined, and out of my 75 neck ties, about half came back ruined. I’ve washed my ties myself for years by rolling them up in socks in the washer and hang drying them so I was really disappointed. Other than that the clothes were not bad.

FRSTeam of Utah, and Karleah in particular, were all-stars for me as I was navigating the perils of water damage and insurance claims for my first time. I had brought a variety of items including nice suit jackets, tuxedo suits, silk ties, boots, dress shoes, and other clothing that had been damaged in a category 1 water overflow in my house that leaked into my basement closet from the main floor. It’s easy to get overwhelmed with everything and right when you find yourself wishing that there was just one place you could find to do it all, FRSTeam appears. You may think “Did I somehow find a genie in a magic lamp and use one of my 3 wishes?” And even if you did, you’re somehow okay with it, because they do it right, they do it fast, and they treat you well. I can’t recommend them enough and I wish you, dear reader, that if you are in need of the services FRSTeam provides, you will consider how glowing this review is, and also consider that this was my second of three wishes, and therefore must come true. Thanks Christopher, Karleah, and everyone else that helped me at FRSTeam.

These guys were amazing! Brynna was so nice and professional. She definitely made things easier, through such a difficult time. she was prompt with getting things back to us we needed and contacted with and questions to make sure things were taken care of how we wanted them taken care.

I had a recent flood and Brynna from First Team was great to work with. She made sure that my items were taken care of and cleaned. Furthermore, she worked around my working hours to deliver the cleaned goods. I strongly recommend her!

I’m so grateful to Brynna coming and helping me wade through our basement flood to gather clothing, fabric, towels, bedding, stuffed animals, and rugs. Brynna was kind and reassuring that my items would be well cared for cleaned thoroughly. Brynna used continuous communication to keep me in the know about where my items were in the process. When we had a water damage due to the roof not been sealed properly. FRSTeam came by and inspected the damages. Karleah was exceptional. She took the damaged clothes and restored them to its original grade. Karleah is wonderful, kind and very professional.
