Used this company for 14 years when they managed rentals. The entire staff was always super kind, professional and responsive to any issues. I wish I could use them again for the same thing.

Jeff Tate of Mathews construction gave my parents quotes on four hail damaged roofs. Offering a twenty year roof for each of these roofs . Mathews Construction was awarded the contracts for each of these jobs. There was interior work also awarded due to leaks of the roofs.All roofs were installed and three of the four produced leaks. Only three of four. This company and its representative has done nothing to alleviate these leaks having come out to only lie about how the roof was installed. They were not installed per normal installation methods, lacking such things as membranes in the valleys, felt under shingles, flashings ect.. in addition taking advantage of older customers which could not go up on a roof to check the work. These people , especially the worthless representative, has put them off so many times that ceiling damaged was and has been repaired twice . On one house the roof ridge vent was not even sealed to the shingles, meaning the shingles did not connect to the vent . These people DO NOT deserve anyone to allow them to continue to remain in busines. They stink as a company, please for your protection never use this company. Oh they will not return calls either. Suprise, Suprise. Using this company will cost you more in the end as it has us.

Super friendly people to work with. Will take on small repair jobs, to full rebuilds.
