Found someone who came to my house that day and listen to my problem. After 3 months dealings with people who ignored me they jumped right in and took a deeper look. It was serious with mold spreading and water damage. Rea and Saad were professional and started to make my house safe. They treated me the best and coming back tomorrow. Explain the process and coming back tomorrow!

We had a sprinkler pipe break on the top floor of a 72 unit condo building. A&I was quick to respond and work to mitigate the water and assess the damage. A&I was also contracted by the board to repair most of the units. My personal experience was good communication between Sara, Brad, and Ronnie when I had issues or questions. Ronnie was very patient with my questions and helped me pick out upgrades being I was out of town. Work to restore the unit back to original condition was done and I could not be happier. Thanks to a great team, it’s a lot of moving parts to keep under control and schedule and I think they did a great job.

We came home from vacation to a broken water heater in the attic which had leaked water extensively throughout our unit. Fortunately A&I were total professionals and quickly restored everything from drywall, lighting, and carpet among other things. There’s no such thing as “painless” restoration of your home, but this was as close as you can get. Highly recommend

Yolanda and the entire A&I Team were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Obviously when you need people in their line of work, its never a good thing….but they came in and made us feel like we were in great hands from start to finish. I would highly recommend!
