I do not have his last name, as I know him as J.J. He did the initial estimate and is one of the most professional people that have worked on my house – regardless of the trade. The crews that did the work on my house left the job unfinished and I was terribly disappointed. Servpro had J.J. contact me. He came to my house the next day and completed the work. This Servpro location is lucky to have him.

I work for a local home builder and have worked with Servpro on a lot of jobs. They are always on time and they are always professional. Today I would like to recognize Kristy for always being able to schedule on the last minute for anything that happens to come up and being super professional. I would also like to recognize Josh, Austin, and JJ. These guys are something special. They are always professional, courteous, and super friendly with the customers. I can’t say enough about the level of professionalism that JJ showed throughout our Servpro experience. I had time to evaluate Elise along with Amber although they did all the work I was alongside only to ask questions seeing they were both so young. Surprised me at how their knowledge of which did not show in their age. Very happy with how they gave the confidence in providing and proving they are of high quality representation of their company I would ask for them by name these two know what they’re doing as much as any one with years of service they have the expertise.

They wrote my email down wrong and closed my case due to non-response when they sent emails to an incorrect email. No phone calls and they said too much time had passed and were unwilling to do the work. Poor customer experience due to their own error.
