Theses folks a great. Our house was mostly burnt they were kind and understanding. The painting was beyond repair but held a great deal of sentimental value to us and they understood. They cleaned it as best they could and even took the time to travel and return it. Saying I’m grateful would be an understatement.

Mike and his team are amazing! Highly professional, knowledgeable in their business, and customers love them. We bring them on jobs where homeowners are affected by water or fire damage to their property, and Mike’s team coordinates the electronics, soft goods, and fine art. They take great care of the customers and always do a wonderful job whether we hire them directly or just recommend them. In my opinion, they are the best in the market and always our first choice!

My contact with Prism Specialties began when my home was affected by fire, smoke and water damage from a fire that started two doors away. My experience with Prism Specialties was the best I could have ever hoped for in this situation. Each department, Art, Textiles and Electronics made every effort to save and restore my personal property. I was provided with detailed, itemized inventory lists for my insurance company. Every interaction with me was not only very professional but also kind and understanding of my concerns about family heirlooms and personal items.I would like to commend the owner, Mike Gibbons, and all of his employees at Prism Specialties. They were extremely helpful during this difficult time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
