We highly recommend Elite Fire and Water Restoration! We had water damage in our basement, due to a water heater issue. Elite Fire and Water Restoration team, led by Jason, were able to assess and complete the drying and clean-up process in quick fashion. Next, their construction team, under the leadership of Eric, transformed our basement into a beautiful living area. They drywalled, painted, carpeted and installed new lighting to make this space brand new! Their team was very friendly and cleaned up from their work on a daily basis. Everyone provided excellent communication and was attentive to all our questions and needs. Our experience during the entire project with Elite was amazing! The whole team went above and beyond to deliver complete customer satisfaction!

I had called Elite Fire & Water Restoration out for an emergency repair for a garage door. They were out in under an hour of me calling! Did a great job on the temporary repair and helped me out of a huge Jam. Great people to work with!

We initially used Elite for emergency related mitigation and repair in our basement. We loved the work they did and found out they did non-emergency related services, as well. We quickly hired them to do wall repair and painting for a large portion of our house. In both scenarios, they were quick to respond, professional, friendly, and caring. They made sure to check in with us during the process to ensure we were happy with the work and they were also very cognizant of our budget. We actually had a birthday party shortly after the completion of the work and people couldn’t stop commenting about how great the walls looked. One worker in particular was at our house for over a week straight and he did a phenomenal job. His painting skills are unmatched and you could easily see he took pride in his work. He was so professional, kind, and caring and was making sure we were satisfied with the job along the way. We couldn’t recommend Elite more. We truly enjoyed the experience and they helped us turn our house into a home. Thank you Elite!

Elite was great to work with when we needed repairs to the tornado damage on our house. They did a great job at a fair price and even made suggestions on ways I could save some money. Eric was great to work with and I highly recommend them.
