Charged my insurance $2400 for so called emergency service which consisted of covering one window with particle board and 2 2 x4 for bracing an d partial debris cleaning. Not even two hour job. They will try a d RIP off your insurance company. Stay away.

We had a house fire in October of 2022. Our home was almost totally gutted and restored in 10 months. In the end we will say that we were extremely thankful for our project manager, Jeremy Hess.

Without a doubt the only place to call. They showed up full force on Xmas eve and worked through the night to fix mitigate our water damage.

Employees are rude and unprofessional. Complained to the company they were slamming things into a dumpster at 6 am. I was told it would be taken care of by the director of operations. Now at 7 am they’re purposely slamming stuff like children that got in trouble. Would never recommend. You can say all you want about the dumpster not being full. It is full. They were slamming stuff outside the dumpster. I’ll just have to make a phone call to the homeowners and let them know what’s going on. I can’t see how you’re in business like this.

This is our second time doing business with C&Z Construction, and yet again, they did a fabulous job! We called our project manager, Jeremy, from our first time working with C&Z, and he was super quick to help and extremely responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. C&Z has truly made an everlasting impression on us, and we will not hesitate to call them if any future needs arise! Thank you again C&Z!!

C&Z was an answer to our prayers. After a fire in my rental property I had no idea where to start with the process. We lived two hours away and were on vacation when it happened. I got their name through a friend in the area and was told that they did a nice job. They got back to me and went out within a few hours and did an emergency clean up to protect the outside damage from the weather. They made the process very easy for me being so far away and needing so much done. They accommodated around my work schedule so I didn’t need to lose time to make the trip. They also fought for me and insisted that the insurance company be fair with their estimates. The original price the insurance company gave us for the repairs was around $22,000. C&Z knew that to have a decent job done it was no where near what we needed. The guys that they have working really helped with contacting and talking to the insurance adjustors with me to get it right for us. In the end the total was over $88,000. If it wasn’t for them I would have never had the money to repair my place. Every single guy on their team was very polite and professional. They helped in any way possible. The work that they did to the house was completely remarkable. It all turned out better than I ever expected it to be. We have decided to place the house on the market and with the wonderful work they have done we have had some offers within 8 hours. I could not have asked to work with a better group of people. I truly am so thankful to every single one of you. If you ever need anything done right and of great quality this is the restoration company to go through.
