We had a sizable leak in our living room that made it’s way down to the garage. Marc and his team of Miguel, Ryan and Josh did an outstanding and very professional job of bringing everything back to a pristine condition. I hope we never need their services again but will certainly recommend them to any neighbors and friends that experience property damage. I can’t thank them enough.

I hired Belfor in the summer of 2021 and was the worst experience of my life. I had 5 different project managers once over 2 weeks went by before they told me mine had been let go. I could write pages and pages of what went wrong but it took me over 2 years of Hell to get a settlement. The store manager is the biggest problem of all. I hate to give them one star, but it is the lowest possible rating I could give.

In a moment of desperation when I had my water emergency, I ignored USAA’s advice and went with “the other guy.” I won’t make that mistake again. USAA brought in Marc Serra, Willy and the crew, and over the course of months did a bang-up job of replacing my tile, repainting my walls, clearing out all the damage and making my garage better than new. So many small but important details to list here, but the crew were unfailingly polite, I had perfect trust in their having keys to my home, and the guys, especially Willy and the plumber who put my toilet back together, went above and beyond. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am, and how much I wished I’d called in Belfor at the beginning. Nobody wants a big emergency, but if you have one, it helps to have a team that leaves your home in better shape than you had it before the accident(s). Well done, all. I don’t leave a lot of reviews but feel one is necessary here now. I had a wash machine continue filling after it should have shut off. I had extensive water damage to my custom home. Hardwood floors that had to be replaced in most of the house, tile floors that had to be removed and replaced to make sure no black mold was present, multiple rooms that had to be redone. I felt overwhelmed. My insurance company contacted Belfor Properties in Springfield Oregon to do the repairs. One of their employees, Jason Reeves was assigned to oversee my repairs. If there was a rating higher than A+ I would give it to him. Their employee, Daniel did most of the repairs. If you ever need Belfor Property Restoration, try and get Daniel to do the work. He was fast, didn’t cut any corners and never left a mess for me to deal with. He was always pleasant and listed to what I thought would be best for me. There were a couple of “snags” along the way but Jason handled them quickly and to my complete satisfaction. That is why the A++ for his part of the project. He was always available and only a phone call away. I could have left a short review by giving them an A+ but thought a bit more detail was needed to express how pleased I am with the final result. I can honestly recommend Belfor, without reservation, as my house was put back into before accident or better condition. Thank you again Jason and Daniel.

Requested an emergency smoke restoration service as a restaurant manager, and they came out within an hour and quickly got to work, despite the service call being outside of regular business hours. Enormous drop in smoke smell by the next morning. Their crew was friendly, professional, and worked quickly. It’s clear they take their jobs seriously. Kept great lines of communication, and put a heavy emphasis on getting the job done right. Hopefully I won’t need any property restoration in the future, but if I do, I will be happy to work with Belfor again. Big shoutout to Taylor, Zeek, Miguel, and Erik for their hard work!

Never use this place . We are almost 8 months in and still not finished. All you get is we will be there today and will not see them for week or two. It takes them 2 or 3 times to get it almost done . They break your thing moving stuff around and don’t care . . So be careful with having them even fix a dog house.

After my duplex burnt down I needed someone to really help me rebuild. Thankfully working with Jason and Denton made rebuilding a breeze. From constant communication, helping me deal with insurance and walking me through every step of the rebuild, they made a terrible situation much easier than it ever could be. Please give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

I’m giving them one star because there’s not an option for no stars. They started a restoration job completely backwards, after a large tree fell on our home and displaced a family of 5 and 2 dogs. Left their equipment over two weeks ago and never scheduled for demolition. I, my husband, our contractor, and our insurance adjuster have left several messages with Amy, and never got a call back. Other staff unhelpful. Meanwhile, we’re staying in an Airbnb until they can reconstruct our home……The company lacks professionalism and communication, two very basic pillars to owning a successful business. I NEVER leave reviews, but felt very compelled to share this experience. I will ensure USAA does NOT contract with them in this area.

Horrible contractor. They can’t paint, defame my character lie and performed horribly. They broke our thermostat, and several pictures. They will not reimburse us damages. They splattered paint on everything and fail on the restoration. Buyer be ware! They trashed ourhouse and we came home to an epic disaster I’ve been dealing with their team since July. Save yourself the headache.

Recent storm damage from the Jan storm in Eugene/Springfield area left us with roof damage. My insurance company contacted Belfor to come out and tarp the roof. It took almost two weeks before they called to schedule tarping our roof to prevent additional damage, meanwhile it was raining heavily. We had to hire another contracted to tarp and temporarily repair our roof. I won’t use this company to do the permanent repair. They were not responsive.
