I just completed service with American Restoration following a water-damage incident in my home. Kevin was more responsive than my insurance company from the jump. He was clear about the entire process, costs, options, and payments. They did great work and my house looks like new. The work was done to a professional standard and they stand by the results. John and his team at AR were a joy to work with. Although there were bumps along the road, it was primarily related to availability of subcontractors, or lead times on material. John’s crew are all very skilled and professional, helping in any way that would move the project ahead. I would definitely use American Restoration again. The thing that really sets AR apart from their competition is John’s ability to negotiate with the claims adjuster. John speaks insurance, so he is able to communicate the current state and needs of the project to the adjuster. This was an immense help in my case, due to the complexity of the claim.

It went really well. This is a second home for us on the coast. I was extremely happy with the work on the roof and the kitchen and bathroom, which was an insurance claim. The price, quality of workmanship and repairs were excellent. I’d highly recommend American Restoration for any work you need to have done but- especially hire them if you have an insurance claim because that is where American excels. Working with an insurance company and trying to figure out how the policy coverages work / don’t work is exhausting. American Restoration, especially John, are experts in dealing with the insurance companies. Chris, the site supervior, kept us aprised of what was happening, ETAs, and moved the job forward. Giving us the peice of mind we needed, and personal contact that set our minds at ease. Chris coordinated a team that worked together to restore our beach home to its former condtion. The cost of service was around $20,000 but that includes all but $1500.00 paid out by my insurance company, my out of pocket was $1500 including my deductible. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Had water damage to my kitchen, and bathroom due to a wind storm caused a multiple leaks in the flat roof. Needed, cabinetry replaced, electrical replaced, drywall repaired / painted etc and the roof replaced. CATEGORY: Remodeling,Water Damage Restoration

We had a great experience during a stressful time. We had a flooding, and they were right on top of it as soon as we made a claim with our insurance. During the whole process we had great communication. So professional and very respectful. Highly reccomend them for anything you would need done in your home whether remodel or repairing damage.

Our house suffered extensive damage due to a house fire. American Restoration has done all of the restoration work. The quality of the work and materials is outstanding! We have been so impressed by the way the project has been managed. We were kept up to date on the cost and the progress of the project on a regular basis. This company provides exceptional customer service! From the owner of the company to the project managers to the project staff they have been so responsive to our questions and concerns! We highly recommend their services!

My sump pump failed and they replaced it, fixed the drainage to the sump, replace insulation that was wet. They were quick and very nice. What was remarkable is their process to keep the house clean as they only had access the crawlspace through a bedroom closet. They put plastic on the walls and floor all the way to the door. Everything was bagged before they moved it through the house. WOW, impressive…

Was completed satisfied. From the first phone call regarding our plumbing issue, until the whole job was completed, John, Bruce, Byron and the rest of the crew were efficient and so easy to work with. I now can relax knowing that I have updated plumbing and a beautiful bathroom.

August 2015 we had water damage in our kitchen. American Restoration was prompt to respond. Andrew Roth worked as the lead and walked us through the whole process. Andrew was always available for questions and explained the the process every step of the way. We stayed in our house and all contractors were very professional and performed the work expediently. Thank you American restoration for a job well done!!!! I wish I could attach a picture for everyone to see my remodeled kitchen. I love it!
