These people are truly “Experts” at what they do. They helped us through a bad broken pipe flood abatement and restoration. Every member of their staff was helpful and courteous throughout the process. They showed up and started the cleanup/dry out process in a less than two hours from my call and where there for us right up to us getting us back into our home. They walked us though the entire process upfront, including what to expect from and helping deal with insurance company. If you experience fire or water damage, I highly recommend you call Fire Industry Restoration Experts ASAP.

It’s always stressful when something major happens to your home. But, after making a call to Fire Restoration, the stress and panic quickly faded. What great people! They handled everything with great care and thoroughness. We felt so cared for, as they took over restoring every detail. So thankful to the team and especially Aaron for making our home beautiful!!!

If I need a rebuild again, I will select FIRE to do the work. Scott was reliable, told me when things would happen and they did! Theresa kept me informed about insurance and financial aspects. The rebuild was completed within 10 months which was less than expected.

Best in the business! Greg and his team did an outstanding job restoring my house into better condition than before it burned. They worked on a house for me 20 years ago and still do the same high quality work they did back then. Every thing they said they would do got done on time and they are excellent communicators to keep you up to date on the progress. Scott supervised the whole project and did a super job. I highly recommend them.

Scott and company were fabulous to work with. I couldn’t have gotten through the process without him and the other professionals at FIRE. They work with great contractors and were more than I could ask for when maximizing insurance coverage. If you have the unfortunate experience of suffering a fire loss the crew at FIRE are the professionals you want to get you through it.

WARNING Attention to all consumers beware of FIRE INDUSTRY RESTORATION EXPERTS (owner GREG PHILO). We had a negative experience with this company. If you need to have any work done such as home repair or any construction work please do not sign their contract without first hiring a lawyer to read or prepare the contract or even better just avoid this company altogether. We hired FIRE INDUSTRY RESTORATION EXPERTS after a fire totally destroyed our home. As a result of their dishonesty we took F.I.R.E to ARBITRATION in an attempt to settle the matter. We won but, because of a legal technicality, (and since we didn’t have a Lawyer, we could not afford to pay one) FIRE INDUSTRY RESTORATION EXPERTS did not have to pay the arbitration award nor did they have to complete the work they billed and received payment for from our insurance company. We at least proved that not all consumers will let them get away with cheating the people they are supposed to help. We warn you to please avoid the sweet talk of the owner or his employees, especially when he tells you that Greg Philo was a fire Marshall and he employs the wife of another fire Marshall. This is how they lull you into feeling you can trust them. Someone else made a similar complaint on BBB, which we did not discover until after we started having issues and began investigating the company. So please verify any company before you hire them, even if they come as a recommendation from someone you believe you can trust. Please call CCB AND BBB to verify the credibility of the company and the owner of the company.

After a house fire I waited almost three days for Service Team of Professionals (STOP) to come finish the board up job they started which left the hole in my roof that remained exposed through overnight rains. F.I.R.E. came to the house within the hour we contacted them and had the roof covered within the following hour. When I asked to meet the project manager that would actually lead my project, John, I was able to meet him the same day which other companies avoided. As a design professional I have high standards and a high level of construction/design knowledge. John was always there to hear any input I had and to make sure that the job was being executed to my expectations and standards. He was attentive, detail oriented and accountable – really the best you can hope for. It made the process of being displaced and rebuilding much smoother. Troy was excellent at doing the estimate with my insurance claims representative and submitting any items of discovery to ensure I got full coverage of my claim. Teresa was fantastic at helping manage and communicate with my mortgage company, which changed hands midway through the project. I have recommended Greg and his team, especially John, for several projects already and stand by that. I’m back in my house and have no issues or complaints in construction quality, timeline, or follow-up. Thanks team!
