They were so polite, considerate and professional. Their attention to detail was impressive. Alex was great to work with as he went over all the job details and was always concerned that everything was as it should be. We highly recommend Bath Creations!

Perfection Lawns 2 years agoI spoke with Galen who answered right away when I called to inquire about gas-cutting services. He even sent out someone affiliated with his company to come out and cut for me. Over the call, I informed him that I worked from home and would not be able to answer, but they can communicate to me via text. This would have been a 5-Star deal with how quickly I got a quote and a cut in the same day of calling. Unfortunately Austin, the person they sent to my home, ruined it. Austin arrives, rings the doorbell and then calls me. I tell him I am working from home and to send me a text. He offers to cut the grass today and quotes me a price. I advise that I am still working from home, but he can cut the grass and I will get paid on Wednesday to pay them via CashApp. They say ok and cut the grass. A few hours after finishing, Austin calls me once. I decline the call because I am STILL working. He calls right back to talk about collecting the money from me on Wednesday. I haven’t even been able to see the lawn itself as I work until 4PM and I told him that this will not work. I will pay them for the work that they did, as we discussed via text, on Wednesday on CashApp. There was no reason to keep calling me when I told him AND Galen that I am working from home and the arrangement was already made via text. A huge red flag for how they conduct their business and have no regard for their customers. On top of the steep price compared to competitors, I would have certainly went with them if Austin cared more about my requests and wouldn’t press me for money after we made an arrangement. This is ridiculous.

Elliotts Lawn Maintenance 10 months agoContacted for professional lawn service to assist an out of commission family member and essentially was ghosted without explanation. Owner: Im not sure of the reason behind your actions but please know that my only intent was help my brother while at the same time provide support a small business owner. And, I randomly selected you based off excellent Google reviews that appeared legitimate. Fortunately, I have since been able to locate another small business owner who arrived today, cut the lawn and has agreed to provide the needed biweekly service. I wish you all the best with your future business endeavors.
