We had another contents company bail on us after being scheduled for weeks, which left us high and dry for a flooring project. 1 call to Summer and Missy, and they had a crew en route within an hour. Professional, responsive, works easily with the insurance carrier, polite and respectful of our clients. All around, just an amazing company to work with; McCain, Romi and John are fantastic. I can’t say enough about this amazing company and their wonderful employees.

Summer and her team are Great! I can not say enough about the cleaning they performed on all of our belongings. A fire can leave you with nothing but Thank You CCI for giving back the things that were so personal.

The crew were hard workers, who tried their best. Unfortunately, considerable damage was done to our walls when furniture was moved. Additionally, paintings and pictures were not removed. Instead plastic was taped around them, which melted into our paint. Again, we had more wall damage. Our dining room table was damaged. A Lladro and blind were broken. Finials were lost.. The CCI job supervisor tried every which-way to blame others and even refused to take ownership for an area of wood floors damaged by the crew. The damage was one thing. It happens, but lying and accusing others is reprehensible and undermines the integrity of the company. Additionally their pricing is outrageous. As such, I cannot recommend this company.

Romi, Just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate you and your crew! You are a great organizer with getting that mess packed up and out of there. You had a system going, and everything fell into place, and you were there when you said you would be. That means a lot! Don’t think either of us at that time thought it would be over a year before you could bring my things back. When y’all got the OK to bring it all back, you got back with me right away and again came when you said you would. Even just after a couple of days of unpacking, we encountered that conflict with the construction crew, causing y’all to have to stop your work for them to correct their mess. You accommodated us so quickly to get back on the job and immediately got the job done. I can’t thank you enough for your work ethic, organization, and planning you put into it. Any time I stopped in, everything seemed to be running smoothly. All your ladies were busy and seemed to enjoy each other and their job. I feel that reflects on the kind of leader and boss you are! I’ll sure refer your group to anyone needing your services. Y’all were definitely my “sunshine” at the beginning and end of this horrible nightmare. Again, thank you so much! Best, Brenda L.
