We have a new verb in our home. If something has been damaged (and there are many), no longer looks or works as it once did, or simply is no longer with us (stolen); it’s been CRDN’d. The crawlspace fire, remediation, and reconstruction were a struggle; but dealing with this company has been a nightmare! One star is too much! I only wish I had read these reviews before agreeing to allow them in our home. By the way, CRDN of Coastal Carolina has been paid $77,937.63 for packing, removing, cleaning, storing, and restoring our belongings. That doesn’t include another check from State Farm for $5,950.40. Unbelievable!

Christy and her team did an excellent job. Things were done, and cleaned just as stated. The team was very professional, and kind through out the whole process. Thank you CRDN for making an easy process through a difficult time.

I wish that we never got in contact with this company. We had a house fire and this company was recommended to us to clean the stuff that had smoke damage. I have called them, they don’t pick up the phone. I’ve had other people in the household call them and leave messages that are not returned by them. When we agreed to have them do the work they let us know that if our stuff wasn’t able to be cleaned then it would be replaced or paid for. Now the house fire only damaged the right side of the home, the left side of the home had no fire and only had smoke damage. The items that were damaged were not in that condition when they got them and it’s ridiculous how they treat people that have already been through horrible situations. I would not recommend this company and if they don’t pay for our stuff or replace it we will have to get a lawyer. If you want things done right steer clear away from this company!!! I’m warning you.

Horrible service!! I wish I could give 0 stars. My husband is active duty military. We discovered bad mold in our unit just a few months before moving. I let it be very know. That we needed to move by a certain time frame. It took 2 weeks to get an estimate. I could not get a hold of anyone for 2 weeks!! Once they finally took all our things for cleaning there was no contact. I had to contact corporate and drive there in order to hear from them!! They assured we would receive our things by the date we needed them and then changed last minute!! Our insurance agent had to fight for us to finally get our things because we were days from moving and needed the moving company to pick our things up. To top it all off, many of our things are dirty and broken!!! These photos are only of things we’ve found by chance! I can’t imagine how many more of our things are ruined.

Mr. Pressly when I met you and your staff two and a half years ago when you removed all my belongings from my home in Rocky Mount after a fire, I trusted your word when you said you would guard them. Everything my family owns. I am stunned how this business is run. I am sick and saddened.My move back started at the beginning of December. Furniture and rug are missing. I was told the rug did not walk out of your warehouse and you were still looking for it. Apparently it did as after 6 weeks i have no update or rug. You put red water marks all over my daughters rug and removed it to reclean. I was told it would take 48 hours. No word after six weeks. Many many things are missing and ruined. Broken lamp. Cracked radio. A doll gifted to my daughter from my dad whose legs and arms were pulled off. Shattered candlesticks. Holes in sweaters and blankets. Too many things to list.You took two tables out of my house that you broke to repair. No word on them after 6 weeks.. i also have many things that were delivered to me that are not mine. I would hope you would want to return those to the owner. But apparently not, as I have left messages to no avail. I have left messages and texts to employees. Crickets. Once I was told I would be contacted, but was not. I have tried to reach out to you three times. I have paid crdn thousands of dollars and am still stunned I cannot reach anyone to address these very serious issues. I cannot get my things.. There has been far more damage to my belongings from crdn than from the fire. I can see from reviews that I am not the only person who has had a nightmarish experience with crdn. I will continue to try to recover my belongings removed by this company.

They cleaned our tools and equipment after a garage fire. Things were missing and broken. It took us many calls and emails to get any kind of compensation. Would not recommend

What a nightmare. I cannot believe these people stay in business. I thought my house catching fire was a disaster but dealing with people like this was worse. They picked up cat toys from my floor and charged $10 a piece to clean them and held all my belongings hostage until I paid them $7000. They charged me $500 to clean a $200 dress that was already sealed and preserved and didn’t give me the original bag back. I could go on and on but what a violation
