Did not replace damaged floor resulted from water leak. Put new floor on damaged foundation. No knowledge how to repair and replace wood base foundation before putting the final outer floor.Toilet was wobbling and not stable. Waisted all the money I paid them. I called the company and they did not offer me any solution. I will not recommend this company to any one. Hired another company to fix the problem and they did it the right way.

We were told to use Encore through our insurance company when we had a claim. They did not show up when they said they would, did not complete work, and also told us it would be complete in 1 day – while it took more than 3 days and the services were not complete. I would never recommend this company to ANYONE.

Tim came out on a Sunday of new years weekend as soon as he got my message within 45 minutes! I went over what I wanted him to get done for me and he did just that asked about other things but I felt I could tackle those myself. I’m a very personal person when it comes to inside my home and he completely understood my OCD with it and never went to my home without informing me before hand! I hope to never ever need his services again as this was a fire but those who need help he is your go to guy 100%! Thank you for everything!

Brayan and Edward came and did an excellent job, they were very professional and friendly, my window shade fell which had nothing to do with them but he put it back in place, very resourceful and respectful, both need a raise. If I ran the company these are the type of guys I would have working for me. Job well done

Very pleased with the service we received from Encore. We had water damage in our home, and they took care of everything for us. The team did a great job, from the first time they showed up after hours to mitigate the issue, until the day the floor was replaced. When they had completed the job, our home was left in better condition that it was prior to the damage. Mike and his team did an amazing job, and I would definitely recommend them.

After previous workers hired by our leasing company botched a simple plumbing issue which caused several complications to our home, Justin came to the rescue and made sure we were taken care of properly. The previous company made a sizable hole in the drywall in our upstairs bedroom that was never closed after “fixing” a small plumbing issue with the shower. This “fix” resulted in mold growing over the back wall and roof of our garage as there was still a leak, and was left unnoticed and untreated for over a YEAR because our leasing company never sent anyone out. Justin immediately recognized what the problem was after an initial diagnosis, he realized that the leak that was supposedly fixed, was in fact, still leaking. As a result the job took longer than he expected, but the results were phenomenal. I’m happy that our family is able to use our garage again without the need to worry about all the mold. Would definitely recommend for your home, Thanks, Justin!

Justin E. was an impressive representative for the company. Professional, thorough and entirely communicative. At no time did I feel as though I was unaware of what the problem was and how it was going to be addressed and corrected. I’m grateful and pleased with the effort and results.

Encore is a top tier business. I had some plumbing issues in which I needed help. They sent out Ash who is extremely professional, polite, courteous and extremely informative throughout the whole job. He was able to get me a squared away in little to no time. I highly recommend Ash and Encore for any restoration needs
