My wife and I had a Sewage stoppage and we had to have the walls and the floors completely redone. The team was great and got the job done fast and efficiently. They were in constant communication with us and we couldn’t be more impressed with the work they did.

Advanced Restoration was recommended by our insurance company to address fairly serious water related damage at our home. AR was so helpful from our first call to the completion of the project. Each crew (response, remediation, and rebuild) were professional, focused, skilled at each stage of the project, & offered great guidance when decisions needed to be made. Communication was outstanding, we knew exactly who was arriving to do work or testing, all was very organized. Basement remained clean during each phase. Every detail was attended to. We are very pleased and thankful to AR for their assistance and fine work.

We had a fire on a Monday morning in our shop. We spoke with Charlie and Carol that morning, they had a crew down within a few hours and had our shop opened in 24 hours. i really thought it would take a week to get the clean up completed. They were extremely professional. I highly recommend Advanced Restoration.

Advanced restoration was recommended after I had a fire in my home. There were two parts to the job. 1. Rip down the walls and the fire effected area. 2. Rebuild The company we chose for the clean up was just about to start. Advanced restoration came in and said they couldn’t give me an estimate yet because they didn’t know how much was going to be ripped down. I said that’s fine, I guess we can schedule an estimate for a couple of days . They asked me to sign a work release order for them to collect an unknown amount from my insurance company. I told them I wasn’t comfortable signing anything until an estimate was complete. I called them multiple times after with no response. I called my insurance company and was told advanced restoration submitted an estimate. I was baffled because they didn’t even see the bathroom after the rip down. I called today to schedule the estimate since the bathroom is now ripped out. They refused to come back in until I give them full rights with my insurance company to complete the job. I told them I wanted to wait till after the estimate. They then told me they refuse to work with me unless I commit to them over a phone . 1. They didn’t even see if the damage so how did they put in a repair? 2. They insisted I was wrong and wasn’t entitled to an estimate without commitment. 3. They’re so unprofessional and obviously intend to take advantage of people who are going through difficult times. Don’t bother.

They were exceptional! Diligent, courteous, professional, and trustworthy. They were also kind and respectful to my elderly parents, which I appreciate more than anything. You absolutely can’t go wrong.
