Rockefeller’s Construction, Inc. was a company vetted by my insurance company and referred by them. From the first estimate meeting with owner Cole , I knew I was in good hands. I had extensive roof damage and a complicated restoration which took close to 4 months to complete. Everyone involved was professional and courteous and knowledgeable . It made the entire experience PAINLESS for me! I will forever be grateful to Anthony, the project manager assigned to my case, for attending to every detail imaginable every day. Scheduling was seamless with all the moving parts involved and Anthony made sure everything got done when he said it would, which is HUGE. All of the people I interacted with, from Karen in the business office, to all the subcontractors and workers, were highly competent and professional. And NEAT! Every day cleanup was part of the deal. I highly recommend this company for any kind of restoration work, roof replacement etc. My house feels brand new! Couldn’t be happier.

Granted it was the beginning of covid 19. The people here were completely unpleasant and unprofessional . They ripped out the walls and the floors and just left us hanging. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

This team is absolutely amazing. Ryan, Manuel, Kyle, Angel and their team we’re in our home for extended amount of time did absolutely wonderful job professional and took a lot of anxiety away from myself and My family.. I have recommended them and will continue to recommend them to anyone.

We had a leak under our slab and our master bedroom was partially flooded. Our insurance chose Rockefeller to do the work, what a mistake! Overcharged and unhappy is how I feel about my experience with Rockefeller. The people are nice, but they missed 2 out of 3 appts. The best part of the service was done by Service Master, associated with Rockefeller. They dried out the carpet. I’m not clear about how much this cost (I never could get a bill from Service Master) but I recall about $900. I thought it was steep, but it did take 2 1/2 days to dry it out, so.. BUT when Rockefeller finally came out to clean and stretch the carpet in the master bedroom it took from 11:20 AM to 12:05 PM and cost $699.27. They didn’t move the furniture. When the initial estimate was made I asked how much it would cost to clean our living room carpet (not affected in the leak) and I was told $100 to $200. I couldn’t get a firm estimate. Luckily I asked before they began cleaning it, the cost would have been an additional $475+tax. I normally pay my carpet guy $220 for both rooms. Everybody has to make a living, but come on! It seems like Rockefeller likes to play fast and loose with insurance companies and clients alike. Maybe our job was just too small. I’ve never had a damage claim like this before but I will take a much more pro-active roll with repairing our home should anything happen in the future. I could have saved my insurance company plenty of $ and plenty of aggravation on our part.

Absolutely exceptional! The cleaning crew went above and beyond, showcasing thoughtfulness and a deliberate approach. We are thoroughly impressed with the final outcome of our home’s cleaning. Our numerous requests and specific focal points were attended to without any hesitation. Furthermore, I noticed their attention to detail in addressing often overlooked areas—the cleaning of window sills and door frames, along with a meticulous vacuuming of every piece of fabric, from the tiniest cushion to the oversized couch. If this is their standard, it certainly sets them apart from the rest.
